Oscar's Deli
We went as a family, thinking it was still Oscar's Deli and excited to see it was open later. It is now Oscar's Chill Lounge. We were given one dirty menu to read from. My spicy beef wrap had inedible pieces of rubbery, grisly red meat. The waitress was not concerned to see the meat piled up when she took the plate and did not ask at all how the food was. My husband's double burger was obviously made from frozen box patties. My kids ate their chicken fingers that came without fries. We all let hungry and unsatisfied.They seem to be trying to be bringing in a young drinking crowd with loud music. The only other patrons were a young group enjoying the houkka and drinks.Disappointing experience!

I went when only a couple people were there. Service was minimal, I didn't see the server again after I received my food. Had a cheeseburger without fries. It was pretty basic and not really worth $7.50 before tax. Don't think I'll be back.

Incredible Deli with a gigantic selection of amazing food. Huge portions! Excellent service! I love the falafel! Great Hot Sauce! Corned Beef Hash! Huge Salads! Matzoh Ball Soup! Grab an Imperial Cookie on your way out! Easily my favourite place to eat downtown, and very affordable.

I was told to wait for 7mins but I was there for 30. It was lunch time so there were a lot of people, there was only 1 staff managing the floor, 3 staffs in the kitchen. I ordered hamburger and fries with side of gravy. The burger was VERY dry, I had to dip it in the gravy which was very runny and tasted like nothing. My order was missing slices of pickles, fries was okay. The chef" and two other staffs in the kitchen weren't wearing gloves while handling food

Very good location and parking is quite easy with street parking available (and Winnipeg is offering 1 complimentary hour parking daily). The place offers quite a lot of sitting and with covid you can have a piece of mind that you are not sitting in a crowded restaurant. The food is authentic, and there are quite a lot of options on the menu for everyone. Staff are friendly, and food came out very fast. I would go back for the fries, matzo ball soup, and the brisket sandwich.Second review!Had to go back for matzah ball soup and more sandwiches. So delicious!

The world best food the breakfast was epic perfectly made falafel breakfast meal. The potato pancake was so delicious with a wonderful favour of garlic and other unique favours with in the the food favour explosion everywhere Pew! Pew! Pew!

Their chicken noodle soup tastes and looks exactly how my mom would make it. The sandwiches bring the quality and quantity. Good ingredients and super tastey!
