Awning Authority

We had a retractable awning installed 8 years ago by this company and have never had any problems with the awning at all. It was installed on our roof because of the configuration of our deck. We had a new roof installed a few weeks ago and our roofer had to move the awning and made a few errors. He suggested that I call awning authority to see if they could come and fix it.I called and with one week Tim and his crew came and fixed the error.We live an hour and one half away and the charge was amazing. The roofer was here when Tim was working was very impressed the way the crew fixed it. After they left the roofer told me he could not believe how reasonable the charge was. The moral of the story is the product is excellent and even after many years Awning Authority will provide service with professionalism and a smile.

We recently (August) finished off our “new” patio with Stobag Pergolinos. The pergolinos were purchased and installed by Sprowl Construction out of Paris Ontario. Tim and Robin were great to deal with. Tim came over a couple of times prior to the install to ensure that the products we ordered would be a proper fit. My wife and I met Tim and his family at a local home show. We were very impressed at the quality and sophistication of the awning products offered. No problems at all with approvals from our condo Board. Installation was prompt and professional. Whenever we have needed after sale support, Awning Authority has always been responsive. This summer it will have been 4 years that we have had our motorized Stobag Awning in place. It has transformed the way we use our deck for gatherings and extended the seasonal use of it by several months each year. I highly recommend this company and its awning products. Had our Stobag Tendabox installed last week and are thrilled with the result for our outdoor office and oasis. Visited the AA booth at a home show in Feb and placed the order pre-COVID. The team kept us up to date on the status of the order and coordinated an efficient installation. Although there were far too many colours to choose from, we managed to land on a great choice!
