Anu was polite and cheery. Great customer service with a smile. Pizza was very good, hot and fresh. Just unfortunate I didn't do the survey in time to get a free pizza.....hopefully next time.

Don't know specifically if overcooked, oil, or bad ingredients but after ordering from this location, I have been having a painfully upset stomach all day. Horrible taste, not much cheese or sauce, just completely overwhelming taste of oil of crust. Ordered multiple pizzas and couldn't finish even one. Please be careful and order from different location. After reading other reviews, I feel like I made huge mistake and just so disappointed. Shouldnt be allowed to run business like this. Ordered 7:30 pm on April 28, 2022.EDIT: Added pics that you can check to see. Look at oil residue on box where slices were. Never seen pizza like this and absolutely disgusted. Shouldn't have to deal with upset stomach after spending so much and neither should others.

First pizza was undercooked and was almost like raw dough . They did sent another pizza and they told me they cooked it twice but it was exactly the same as the first. They need to perfect the cooking time. Need to work out some things before I consider ordering again. One star is too much..

I have always loved pizza hut, although some locations are better than others. This location has been an absolute pleasure to order from The front staff have always been extremely pleasant with great customer service skills, and my pizza has always been made perfectly. Thank you to the loyal staff that make this location a perfect 5 stars, vs other locations that I will only give 4.

Had unexpected guests kids and they all wanted Pizza Hut (wouldn’t have guessed in a million years!).Quickly check the website and it showed that on Saturdays there was a medium veggie lovers on sale for $10. Good price for PH, but expensive if compared to other chains. Absolutely no changes were allowed even for changing from green peppers to say hot peppers or any changes period.Ordered and drove straight to the location and lo and behold the pizzas were ready. I was literally there for 90 seconds including the payment time. Wow!Needless to say the kids loved it. The pizzas seemed a bit overdone, but kids did not seem to even notice!!

Don’t get me wrong. I love Pizza Hut but last night we ordered an extra cheese pizza it barely had any “extra” cheese and was dry dough.The WORST part was we found a hair in the pizza. Please consider more hygiene especially during Covid. Although it might not seem like a big issue hygiene is #1 challenge these days.

usually go for their bogo or half-price deals. never had issues with this branch. easy online ordering; pizza's always fresh, hot and ready in 20 minutes; nice and friendly staff.

This is now a constant problem with this franchise of Pizza Hut! It seems they are least bothered to improve or take customers review positively!Trust me, Pizza hut is known for its cheesy gooeeey pizza. Please for heaven’s sake, put in some cheese. Not an excuse that we r using standard pizza size. Maybe seriously look into the cheese quality then!Secondly the lady who was packing the pizza’s today, please note that customers dont need to see the pizza before pickup if they trust YOUR PIZZA’s QUALITY! Have some ethics and improve ur customer service and pizza quality!Last time for me for this branch at least! Or until they improve themselves.Anyone looking to buy Pizza, sincere suggestion not to waste your money.. there are much better options other than this!
