Kind, friendly and reasonable. Jason and Joseph have been so helpful to my mother and I over the years. Knowing I'm visually impaired they've worked patiently with me when I ask for their help in replacing and priming my coils. I never see Leo much but he's also incredibly kind. They're all knowledgeable on the products they sell, and I'm so grateful they're helping to fight the system to KEEP FLAVORED JUICES! Much love guys. Great work.

Best selection & by far best service. Was recommended to me by a customer in a parking lot at another vape store in Sackville!! Drove directly to Spryfield & was so happy I did!! Laci was awesome (thought she was the owner!) Very knowledgable & friendly!! I'll see you again soon Laci!!

Gone here for a few years, and almost always had a positive experience. Selection is a bit lacking since the new laws came into effect, but at least they try. Best spot in city imo.

The owner is absolutely disgusting, rude and disrespectful to the clients.The staff is completely incompetent in what they do (as well as the owner), but at least they are well mannered in contrast to the owner.Nasty place, I see no reason to visit it again, much less recommend it.

Apparently the price went up was charged 92$ for 3 packs of stlth pods... absolutely outrageous!

Absolutely the worst vape store in the city. Bought a vape that doesn't work, the next day I went back to ask if I could get it replaced for a working one, and they refused. Maybe check your vapes before you sell them so you know they all work. Waste of money. Go somewhere with better customer service.

I have been to quite a few shops and this one by far has always been the best. The gentleman who usually works there is great and actually remembers customers. Stock like every other shop fluctuates with manufacture availability but they always will be able to help you find something simular to your taste. If I was able to travel here every time I would solely go to this location every time

Staff is great: polite, knowledgeable,respectful and friendly. Owner needs customer appreciation training. Went in to ask for clarification on an earlier purchase and left feeling scolded. Courtesy costs nothing and goes a long way if someone wants to maintain repeat clientele. Get some manners, sir.

Went in today to get help on a defective device and was told that it was my fault its broke and they cant do anything about it even tho the device is still in brand new condition. Then try and ask a question about a tank that i have and was told he had no clue. Not sure what his name was but he’s an older man and he gave the worst customer service I've ever had last time i go there with a question or a purchase.
