I don't know how to better explain this, but they have the products returned by Costco clients. They have have product with small defect all the way to missing pieces, some times is just packing problems, or may just a little scratch.Go check it out, you find something in really good shape and for half of the original price.We bought a Lego box half price just because the box was a little smashed.

What a joke of a business. Drove an hour to get an item for sale at our agreed upon meeting time. They then informed me that they had received a call that morning and sold the item promised to me the day before. No communication and an insulting offer for an apology". My daughter is turning 4 next weekend and we both left in full tears. Garbage management. Don't count on them to follow through with your agreed transactions."

I love Surplus Sam's. When you hit, you hit big. When you miss it's a loud miss. I bought an awning for my patio last summer. As it turned out, we didn't get it up until today. It's rusted, the fabric is faded and cracked. The first rain will go through it like a sieve. I'm so disappointed!!June 3 2023My son and I exchanged the awning a few days ago and put it up today. Thank you to the people at Surplus Sam's who exchanged the product in such a wonderful and professional way. It's perfect! And your new location is lovely. Below is the new awning.

Went in for the first time and most of their items are items found in Costco and Canadian Tire. Reasonable and affordable prices. Most of the items are brand new, but some I find questionable, possibly open box items?otherwise a great place to buy clothes, appliances + furniture, as well as toys for kids!

If you have time to kill and want to price check this place can be fun. But if I owned this place I would try to do some price checking of my own. It’s a bit discouraging when new Costco products are cheaper than these returned ones.
