Does all he can to make me happy and you feel from him and his hard working crew a sincere appreciation for your business.Could use a building to house the lumber. More staff on those busy days and there are those!

Good prices and selection. As always with wood you have to sort through the pile to find the best pieces. Straight pieces can be hard to find sometimes, especially with longer lengths (over 12'). But that's true of any lumber these days.

The service was very good, they were very fair on the prices, helped me load, and the products were great quality. Not finished the job yet but I'll be going back for more.

Great product and service and reasonable prices! Always get the Cedar product I need in Yellow or Red.Update 2021, I had a project and was looking for 2x6x8s. The yard supervisor suggested 2x8x8. It did the job better, and looks great. Once again great product and service from the team.

These guys are great. They're a no fuss place, you go out and pick your pieces that you want, they'll come out to help if need be. P rice's are fair and in and out is a breeze. Friendly virus careful, nice people definitely return from now on.

Fair pricing and great customer service. Their prices are better then Country Lumber, Home Depo, and Rona, as I went to all these location before coming here for fencing supplies. They've got a good selection of treated fence posts (3.5 x 3.5" posts and 4" x 4" posts) Also

The estimation and project coordination group were extremely professional and final price was same as estimated price, best quality and price in town. The installation crew sent was professional, courteous and worked tirelessly until the job was completed. I will use Surrey Cedar in future and recommend their service.

This company hired really good workers who install the fence really well. The problem with Surrey Cedar is that after installation, once you got them all paid completely, they ignore your problem. This company is so unprofessional. Make sure if you get them to install your fence, check everything before you pay in full as they will ignore your problems after getting paid completely. It's been almost 2 weeks now since I asked to fix the wobbly fence post (due to about 2 inches gap from the siding wall and the post) and up to now this guy named Michael didn't even make effort to communicate. He texted me only once after I sent the pictures saying he will try to change the post and that's it. I've never heard from him again. Every time I call, he's always out or on the other line, so I've been leaving him messages, texts and complained to the office and still no word from that guy. How much time does it take to text or call to say something, if they would still do it or not and if they will, when? . Customers please beware!!!
