Immediately welcomed upon entering their pleasant space. Glasses are displayed according to shape/size of face which I greatly appreciated as I have a fairly small framed face. I usually hate purchasing glasses as most stores do not cater to my size. I also love their website which allows you to virtually try on styles so I already had an idea of what I was looking for. Sam was very helpful offering style suggestions and throughout the ordering process. Highly recommend Bailey Nelson.

After many years of going to Lens crafters and other eyewear spots to get my exam and glasses prescription filled, I'm now happy to say I will be a long term Bailey Nelson customer and plan to come back to the Yonge location anytime I need glasses. Not only are the staff and optometrist extremely attentive but also just an absolute delight to be around. They actually spend time with you to help you understand what looks best, break down things into details and somehow find a way to make the process completely seamless. They direct billed my SunLife insurance and were very pleasing to work with. The store is a perfect vibe, there are so many choices to choose from and you can tell the quality with these frames and lenses are there. Love my glasses from Bailey Nelson. Happier with these than I have been with my previous glasses and believe me, I've been wearing glasses for the better part of 15 years. Loved my experience, glad I took the chance and went to Bailey Nelson Yonge Street and will definitely be back. 10 out of 10 experience, fast turnaround time and constant communication via email when needed. Mad love to Bailey Nelson and can't wait to be back.

Nice store with a wide range of beautiful glasses of different shapes and sizes. It's possible to customize a lot of things, including the color of the polarized glass.Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I saw a pair of glasses online and wanted to try them on before ordering, but they were sold out in this store. However, the guy said he would double-check in the storage and he found the last pair!

Really kind, caring staff that help set me up with an updated prescription and went out of their way to make sure my benefits were submitted correctly. The optometrist was very professional and answered all my questions, while Indy (hopefully spelling her name right) provided great advice in helping me choose my frames and sent correspondence as soon as they had arrived. Excellent service.

I tried this optometrist one year ago and was so pleased I went back when I noticed a bit of a change in my vision. Smooth efficient eye tests, outstanding service and reasonable prices. Highly recommend. Oh and I love my two new pairs - they work great and look good :)

Such a disappointment. I paid 600 dollars for this glasses and guess what after 7 month the coating on the glasses started to peel. I am just disappointed ☹️. Don’t waste your money
