What an experience!Joe was amazing to deal with. I was in the area for work and Joe was able to accommodate my schedule and turnaround a complete suspension package in 24 hours. I was blown away by the knowledge, stock of parts and sheer experience Joe had. I was able to ask all the questions I needed and he was very straight to the point with his answers. He explained the differences between different suspension companies and what makes him stand out from the crowd. I was also impressed with OEM parts being used and not 2nd branded parts.Was it expensive? It was a bit more than I had anticipated, but after the breakdown of parts that were used, Springs that were replaced and extra pieces most people would overlook as well as the labor / knowledge that went into this suspension, it was well worth every penny.I am very satisfied and will definitely be sending some good riding friends his way for service and suspension tuning.Thanks again Joe for everything!

Excellent service, super fast turnaround and excellent results. Joe was very helpful, gave it to me straight and set up my suspension for what I ride and I am very happy with how it turned out. You can't beat experience and despite suspension work not being cheap, when you get this kind of service it's a pleasure to spend it.

Joe is clearly very knowledgeable, and was super friendly to deal with. The service, communication and turnaround was exceptional. I got a custom revalve done and Joe set me up with settings designed specifically for my weight, skill level and riding type. Really looking forward to taking the bike out and testing out this suspension in the spring.
