Tom was super easy and friendly to deal with when I placed my custom order for a couple of range flags (green and red). Yeah, the order was a small one, but he was happy to make this happen for me. I was super pleased to be supporting a local small business in Downtown Victoria. They accommodated all my specifications and shipped the completed products to me in Ontario. Absolutely wonderful store. Hours are very difficult to align with, but it's worth the effort. They know their stuff. Might come across as rude but they are just to the point and want to make sure you get the right thing. Often will even down-sell you based on your needs instead of selling you the priciest thing they can.

These guys helped us out when we were in a tight spot with a banner we had bought from someone else that wasn't up to standard. We dropped our tent trailer awning off to have the zipper replaced and some patch work done to the bag. When my husband picked up the awning the original zipper was still on the bag, and a new zipper tab had been applied, repairs were not made as discussed to the bag or the awning to reattach it to the bag. We paid $50 for a new zipper tab. Super disappointed as this was not what was discussed nor what we wanted.
