Absolutely terrible experience. Entered into a month to month agreement that required a security deposit. Upon agreement I had asked if there was a contract or any terms and conditions I needed to agree to and was given a response of no. Couple years past and it was time to cancel. I had advised them a few days after the start of the month and asked how much time do they need for cancellation and the response was and I quote 1 month standard" I stated ok consider this my 1 month and knowing that payments were usually due at the end of the month I stated please deduct money from the security deposit to cover the few days we bleed into next month. Zero acknowledgement at this point that this was not acceptable and when it came time they completely withheld the deposit all together. Suddenly now after the fact they wanted to get into further details about the cancellation policy even though they had numerous chances to advise but knowing that they're not in a position of power and I had no recourse they threw every excuse not to give my money back even stating silly arguments such as when you break the law for speeding

DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE! I wanted to print some documents the other day and went to this store. I didn't ask for the price at the first place and sent them the documents. Later they informed me about the price, saying it was $2.5 per page, I said I no longer wanted to print. They said they already started printing and offered me a discount by charging me $2 per page. Eventually I paid more than $30 for this printing. It was absolutely ridiculous. I printed there because I just came to Canada without knowing the market price and needed the documents urgently. I just visited Staples recently and they only charge 16 cents per page. Don't ever visit this store!!!! It's an absolute shame.

Service is mediocre at best. Have unfortunately had to pick up a package here twice. The lady there is angry all the time, god knows for what reason, and their place does not look secure at all. The last time I checked, paying for shipping did not include the fineprint of having to accept people's attitude. Shipping carriers should let people indicate their desired drop off locations. The Staples 2 blocks away at least has normal people functioning there. And FYI, there are always 2 dogs at this pick up location, so if you're allergic, good luck.

If I could give this place zero stars I would!I had an issue with a prepaid label I got here, which compromised my passport and my trip. I paid them for the prepaid label but it seems like they did not pay DHL so my passport was sent back to the consulate in Mexico. I’ve already went back 3 times to demand a refund, just to keep hearing the same thing… “come back tomorrow so we can sort it with DHL”. I was forced to purchase another prepaid label to avoid missing my trip.This is not the type of establishment you want to do business with. The customer service is absolutely horrible! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!

They give you a bad reception with three barking dogs, they charge you a minimum of $6 dlls for sending an amazon envelope with already code and label

I saw all of the terrible reviews and went in quite scared. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional staff. I’d defined return to this store and highly recommend it. Thanks for making my return easy.

MISSING AMAZON RETURN: Something sketchy happened here with my Amazon package return which is a bit concerning after reading some other reviews. I stopped by to return my Amazon package, and was told it would cost $4.50 to process. Thinking I would go to the other Purolator location, I decided to take the package with me to avoid the fee. A week later I was pressed for time and decided to just pay as this location was convenient. This time when I brought the same package to return it cost me $12.50. Clearly there is no system and the employees just charge whatever they feel like.What's worse is that it has been 2 months and Amazon says they still haven't received my return. When I dropped off the package, I asked the employees at this location if I needed a receipt or could have one emailed to me, and the assured me nothing was needed. Now I have no proof that the package was scanned or dropped off. Thankfully I was able to escalate the situation with Amazon to get my refund, however my experience raises some red flags if this is a legitimate business.Would avoid this location if possible.

TOTAL RIPOFF THEY OVERCHARGE YOU HERE. I went here to send a package and the lady told me it would cost $120. It sounded like a ridiculous price so I went to Purolator at W Pender St. for a second opinion and the cost was $35. Rude, incompetent staff working here. I will never return.

Hilariously horrible customer service.Wanted $6 for a box & shipping label for an amazon package. Despite the fact that amazon specifically states to bring your return in its original box to a Purolator location. Made no attempt to fix the situation and was told to go to “west pender” with no elaboration (turns out there is a Purolator location on west pender), was told to “google it” when I asked what she was referring to with regards to west pender. Other lady then chined in and was helpful and explained there was another location that could help.Wouldn’t recommend coming here.
