Great Service! Isaac went over and above, coming in on a day they aren't open to make sure I had a car clean and ready for me when I needed it. Thanks so much for the reliability and great customer service.

Isaac the manager is INCREDIBLE to deal with on a professional and personal level. He went above and beyond helping me deal with my insurance (my truck was stolen so I needed a rental) and ensuring I had the proper vehicle I needed and on time and for as long as I needed it. 5/5 would totally recommend Isaac as manger of the year!

Manager was able to turn my frustration around. They have wierd store hours due to location and accommodation of other towns. Booked suv was supposed to pick up in morning. Got call from store they out of town till 2. So I changed reservation with customer service to next day. Show up next day and no suv only car. Not what I reserved but I needed a vehicle. Took car home not noticing passenger seat belt was done up. Tried to unbundled passenger seat belt it was stuck. Returned to store they couldn't get it unstuck as well. They were able to quickly grab another vehicle being serviced. Wash and sanitize it then put me in an suv. So everything worked out. Also for hassle they only charging me car rental price and threw in Sirius radio for my weekly rental.

Highly discourage using this company and I highly do not recommend as Enterprise is not professional in their business. Cold Lake Enterprise rarely answers the phone. They rent out vehicles that are damaged and will create further damage during your rental then will have their Ontario headquarters contact you saying you damaged the vehicle and need to pay or they threaten to go to debt collections. They will not negotiate. Do not rent a vehicle from this business, you will get screwed over one way or another and they will make you feel as though you are an unvalued customer.

Not surprised to see so many negative reviews. I booked a rental a month ago for today. I even called a few days prior to confirm and asked if it was alright to show up for around 9am to which they said was fine. Instead of driving all the way to town, I decided to call at 8am the day of to make sure I was good to go. The lady said they had no rentals available. She said they tried to call the day before to let me know. Complete lie! I got a phone call at 5:52pm from the manager leaving a message (which I saved) making sure I was still renting a vehicle the next day, zero mention of them having none to rent. When I said what time I got the call, the lady said “well we close at 530pm” making me out to be a liar.The reason of no rental avail is because some had cracked windshields and they can’t rent those out (I get that). My suggestion to you guys is to not bite off more than you can chew! If you want more business, get more vehicles!Factor in some will come back in poor condition when you are booking. People rely on you to provide a service and it’s clear you’ve failed many.I can honestly say, I won’t waste my time ever again.

Avoid! I rented a economy suv online.What happened:-employee was late on opening time-vehicle was not ready my only option was a Jeep Wrangler or wait an hour or more for a car to be cleaned.- windshield was damaged in various places upon first initial inspection-after returning it I was promptly called and said there was more damage to windshield but ‘luckily we get a discount so you will only be charged $300 to replace windshield(conveniently the price of the deposit)I asked for photos of damage they have not been sent to me and they have already charged my card. Unbeknownst to them I owned a Jeep Wrangler and have had a windshield replaced as it is very common fix in jeeps as it’s a flat windshield. I was charged $165 to replace my windshield. So how is $300 a discount? Also once a windshield is cracked it will continue to crack. I asked if I could come see the damage and they said if I could make it back in a few minutes as they will be closed and it will be in for cleaning as it’s rented out for the next day. So obviously replacing the windshield is not a priority if they are already sending it out the next day. Sounds like a scam and they keep charging people for a new windshield and not replacing it. I was suppose to receive a call from the district manager today and it’s past 5:30 so I guess no call will be happening. It’s not even the $300.00 that’s bothering me. It’s the fact they think I’m stupid enough to think that’s what it costs and the windshield was already damaged upon first initial inspection. What a scam!

I cannot rave about this company more. The bonnyville/cold lake enterprise was one of the most professional customer oriented companies I’ve dealt with. Mario and his staff were always extremely helpful and accommodating like meeting me at work or home when needed and allowing alternative drop offs. I will be a life long customer of this company.Thank you for everything!!

Isaac the manager was awesome to deal with on a professional and personal level. There was a miss communication with my company and he worked to sort out all my issues in a very timely manner. They have limited vehicle available but he made my short term request possible!

A car rental dealership unable to provide, for 2+ weeks, a vehicle with all wheel drive or at least winter tires to safely drive the streets of Northern Alberta (which is what I was entitled to through insurance). The customer service did zero follow ups after I would call them every few days to check for the status of any available vehicles, and the staff and manager were unable to provide solutions, just excuses for 2+ weeks. Avoid this place if possible
