Everyone we dealt with at Kia were just great. Our salesperson was Trent Despins & he was awesome. He was helpful, patient, knowledgeable & can't thank him enough for all he did for us. Also Mark Miller Financial Service Manager was all the above. Also I believe his name was Eric was all the above. Anyone we talked to on the floor were pleasant. We have no complaints & very happy with our new car. Thanks to all .

Josh at the sale was awesome explained all vehicle options and was understanding of our needs...no sales pressures at all. Because of shortage of stock it took a bit of time to get our car but really no fault of the kia staff there. On contrary konner helped us put a bit of pressure for the delivery. He also explained thoroughly all warranty and options and made the sale so much more fun and humouristic. Even thrown us some bonuses...I highly recommend them if you want a kia car... thanks guys.

I just got my 2023 Seltos today, Konner in finance was so friendly and great to deal with I couldn’t recommend him enough! Josh our salesman and George the sales manager we also very helpful. Overall a great experience and I’m happy with my new car :)

We were looking to go from 2 vehicles, 1 truck and 1 car to only 1 SUV, and have been looking at a lot of dealerships. The biggest point for us was to get the most in our trade. Our salesman, Josh really worked to get us the best deal, and was always happy and personable. He didn't push extra bells and whistles, we got exactly what we wanted at a fair price. Josh showed us the total breakdown of the price instead of some dealership with just a number an monthly payment, highly transparent, no hidden fees.My job makes me move every couple years. The manager team was patient and took time to show me how their protection package would be honored even in a different province. I am grateful for that.Overall, it was a great experience, I highly recommend Josh for your next vehicle purchase!!

sales service representative needs to improve their service and should know the important of what ever they are saying and whatever they are promising to their customer. Sales person i was dealing with seems new or unprofessional.I could be wrong because whatever is my review is based on my experience with one sales person (not the entire team) from this dealership compare to other sales persons from other dealership.(I have gone through so many car dealership so i can compare).Finally I got my car from somewhere else.Edited Review.Just got call from GM of this location..And his words make me feel like, they are so much serious about their customer service and always happy to help their customer.I didn't buy car from this location but still they care about customer who didn't buy anything from them..Yes this location deserve 5 star..If anyone have this kind of problem please go to higher up to get the help..and you will surely get that. ..

Overall a great experience and service from this dealership.Their service technicians are always very helpful to my family and I. Whenever I need to service my car, I appreciate that Tommy walks me through everything that will be done, and is thorough. Eric and Mark made buying my first car an exciting and enjoyable experience, great customer service. Would definitely recommend this dealership!

Great experience, very professional management and sales team. Felt welcome and valued through the entire process. Took the time to explain all the features of vehicle and financing. No pressure just honest answers and options.

I went in for a simple repair, and when I picked up the vehicle the drivers side heated mirror had a crack in it. After speaking with my advisor and the service manager, the offer I was given was to pay employee pricing for the part, and the full amount would be a credit on my account for future services and products. I am extremely unimpressed with this customer service. I understand mistakes happen. I don’t ever expect perfection, but I do expect good customer service. I’ve worked in the dealership industry, and am familiar with how this goes. I’ve seen these mistakes made, and I’ve seen them be resolved. However, the offer I was provided makes me feel like they are trying to walk all over me, as it is simply a means to coerce me into continuing service with them instead of going elsewhere, when all it is doing is pushing me away. I have spoken with 6 other individuals that I know in the industry at various dealerships, and they all agree that this is not how their dealership would have handled this situation. I came in for a $130 fix, and left with an even bigger fix. I trusted my vehicle in their care. As a single mother, having a reliable, trust worthy vehicle and dealership to come to was paramount in my buying process. Had I known that service does not own up to mistakes, damages vehicles and then tries to charge you for them, I never would have proceeded with the dealership for a purchase.

The purchasing process here is great as expected, the team will bend over backwards to get your money. Once they have it don't expect anything mediocre from them. Without getting into too much detail here's a couple things... When I purchased the vehicle it had some paint chips, promised to fix it, months later haven't heard a thing. Brought the car to the service department, when I received the car back it was damaged, they excepted no responsibility and it's been radio silence from them since. It's a give me your money now and if it's not too much trouble we will take some more money in the future. This relationship has ended, we are now divorced.
