Never open on time! Still waiting in the cold for staff 2 weeks in a row.Update: Apparently they don't even open on Sundays although it says they are open online and the hours on door are not visible. Many upset people! HAVE SOME COURTESY FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS AND PUT UP HOURS UP, ALSO CORRECT ONLINE HOURS TO REFLECT YOUR ACTUAL HOURS!

Math, thank you very much for your efforts. We were about to have a deal but somebody show up and whispered to Math not to bother. Very unprofessional. We got 100 Gb data for each which is 65$ per line plus iPhone 13 from different merchant. They do not know how to run business. Just go to different locations to get better deals.

Customer service was horrible I asked for a cover case for my galaxy and and the woman gave me a look like she didn't know what was I talking about and said, Who carries that phone?" So rude"

This rogers is one one the best companies that i’ve been with, super friendly staffs, Tetra and charlie was the one who helped me from the begging to the end with my new iphone 13 pro max definitely recommend going to them hope to be back soon!!!

Tetra is great. She helped my little brother replace his old broken phone for the best he could get for $0. She went above and beyond by helping him get the best deal. I appreciate her because my brother has a disability and she was very patient with him. Great job.

Went into Rogers yesterday. I dropped my phone and it was done. Went in. People were super nice and professional. Helped me pick out a new phone. Set it up for me. They even called Rogers to wave the activation fee. It’s the second time I purchased a product at this location and would certainly come back.
