Hands down the best jiu jitsu training in Okanagan. Black belts present at every class, highly competitive training atmosphere. The group is fun and welcoming, easy to become part of the family. Sterling (owner/instructer) comes from a very legit lineage and it is fun hearing stories from his training days with big names you'll recognize. Highly technical training with personalized instruction from student to student. This is not a dojo where you are a number on a card, it is a fighting family and I cannot recommend enough!

I have gone to many BJJ gyms before. This gym is exceptional because of the exceptional instructors (Sterling, Andrei, Dan, Kyle) and members. They are very professional minded, safety conscious, no ego battling, and everyone is treated equally and respectfully regardless of your skills and background. As a beginner, I received great support and training. I also like they have equal emphasis and time allocation during each class for techniques drills and 5min live sparring rounds. Thank you.

Tons of campions to come out of this gym. Instructor sterling redlack is well informed and has many years of experience training in multiple countries. Loved my experience here and recommend it to anyone wanting to get into mma or jiu jitsu and or anyone who is already a professional and wants to train hard.
