I had few companies who came to my house and gave me a quote but Noel from Marasigan Reno's was the one we decided to go with since from the beginning he make everything we want possible.He assured us that he will make our vision happen which was the issue with the other builders when we tell what we want to do it seems impossible for them like sorry you can't move those or we can't touch that it is what it is but Noel is very creative and explained to us what he can do make the basement look good. Noel and his team started to build our basement on the scheduled month they promised. It was actually couple of weeks earlier so even better. Take note they are always fully book because they do an amazing job and always in demand so make sure you get your quote and book as soon as you can. They finish the basement within 5 weeks as promised. They are punctual, on time and very professional. They don't leave the job site messy and always clean up at end of day. Noel and his team Preston and Marty are very friendly and knows how to properly build your basement to your expectation. How can I say it, I feel like they build the basement as if it's their own basement. That's how good they are with their job. Noel is very easy to deal with and always responds to your inquiry and gives you updates every time they are starting the next project like plumbing, electrical drywall etc. Every part is done with precision and details. All your request if reasonable is granted. Noel is very talented and creative and not afraid to explore and try new things for customers satisfaction. When our basement was finished we are beyond satisfied. It was immaculate, detailed and very well done professionally. The quality and the value is very very good. We are satisfied customer. Their price is very reasonable as again I have few quotes but Noel don't cut the quality. Thank you Noel and your team for making our basement our own movie night haven, game night, party place and rest place. 10/10.

Noel not only is a master craftsman, he is also a gifted seamstress (seamster) and possess a honed yet hidden skill he had learned from his mother. He is humble, knowledgeable, and approachable when it comes to his work and his quotes are downright competitive. If you need any Reno work at home, Noel can give you a competitive and informative one. Don't ask him to sew something as he likes to keep that talent hidden and unknown..... For now.
