Ridiculous bureaucracy in this company. No flexibility at all. No human touch. If I have a choice of rental company will never use this one. Staff is not friendly and expect to treat you like a robot. Stay away

I have been in a long term rental since February, while my car is at the dealership waiting for parts, they have always gone above and beyond to make sure everything with the process is simple and smooth for me. My first experience ever having to get a rental and Roberta made the entire process extremely streamline for me! I was provided with a Toyota Corolla which was in excellent condition and most importantly, as a commuter, very good a fuel. The rental rate was extremely fair as well which was a bonus. Can't thank Bristol and Roberta's team nearly enough!

Talk about customer service. My truck was in for service, so the dealership booked me a rental. Bristol called me to confirm details and said they would call me back when they were on their way to pick me up with my rental. But they never called. When I called back several times, they just let it go to voicemail. No call back on the voicemail either.Thank goodness the dealership had a loaner or I’d have been stranded. What a horrible customer service experience.

We needed to rent a truck last minute to move since u-Haul screwed us over. Bristol was extremely accommodating and helped us out within 24 hours of us moving. Thank you for the kind service!! We are moving again in September and hope to use them again!

Just returned a vehicle. The highest standard of customer service they have. Roberta and her team were very friendly. The whole process was easier than checking in and checking out a hotel room. Will definitely recommend.
