Hair FX Toronto is my go-to for my salon needs!I get my eyelash extensions done on the regular by Grethel and she is the absolute best! She's super quick and amazing at what she does. If you have time during your lunch break, pay her a visit and go back to the office with a beautiful set of lashes! :)Anne is my hairdresser and you can just see the passion in her eyes when she is in charge of your hair! She is very experienced and makes you feel so comfortable in the chair! Please go and visit her to pamper yourself - she will make you feel so beautiful when you leave the salon.Most importantly, these two are so relatable and are like my therapists lol always good times and laughs with these two!

I needed to get an updo for an event, and could not have asked for a better salon experience. The stylist worked some magic on my hair and it looked great. The staff are all so nice and it was a lovely environment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an updo!

I recently moved to Toronto and came back to my favourite hair salon and stylist. I used to work downtown many moons ago. Hairfx was my go to place for cuts. John is great and his wife Anne recently coloured (highlights) my hair. Fabulous job!

I have been in Toronto for almost a year before being able to find my hairdresser. Today I can say I found her with Michelle, who did an amazing job. Definitely a place I would recommend. I rarely write some reviews, but this time, I had to. This is my new place for my hair, and Michelle is the one for me :)

I went in for a Blow-dry and a bangs cut. First impressions- Clean place, organized, Reasonable price and good products.My stylist was Ria. She did an amazing job. My hair is super thick and I have had every other stylist tell me how difficult it is to blow dry my hair but Ria was extremely patient and gave me a beautiful service. I am definitely coming back here again :)

I arrived with a completely messy hair and without a clear idea of what I needed; fortunately John knew. The staff is super friendly, John was super professional, and I left the place with absolute satisfaction. He even shared some tips on how to comb my hair in the day to day, so I'm definitely going back.

Had a really bad experience. Colourist consults the clients about the shade and if it goes wrong puts everything on the client saying, “you chose this and I consulted with you”. Clients are not experts which is why they choose professionals. Also, to control the damage, they charged me extra for a quick fix which after couple of washes got to where it was. Even after decades of experience, they are just a team of ordinary professionals doing mediocre hair services.Not to mention, it’s overpriced for the services and the place.

I just got my hair cut done today morning with Michelle and I seriously can’t stop from raving about how good the service was… Michelle not only understood my requirement but also customized it based on my hair and my face cut. She was so patient to deal with my longgg hair. This was my first experience of Hair cut in Canada and I seriously am not even going anywhere else now on… Highly recommend this to all.Brinda

[MEN’S HAIRCUT REVIEW]Finally found my hairdresser in Toronto that I’m going to stick with. Unfortunately I do not recall the name of my hairdresser/barber but shoutout to him. The minute he started cutting my hair using scissors instead of going for the hair clippers like most barbers, I just felt like he knows what he’s doing.I left very happy (which is rare for me, that’s why I’m not a fan of getting a haircut). But here I was listened to. My main point was that I want to keep growing out my hair but the sides and the back were too messy and uneven because I started growing them out too soon.I think the prices are acceptable considering that this is the centre of the financial district and I have seen other places charge similar or more for just a cut while I also got a wash (which I wasn’t expecting so it was a nice surprise).The staff at the reception is extremely friendly too and will make you feel very comfortable.I definitely recommend this place. It is a little bit tricky to find as it’s located underground in the Toronto’s PATH system. But I asked around some of the shops and one person showed me the way.

Ria is an absolute professional and is very technical. I was looking for a particular hair style that I was used to back in my country and she understood what I wanted right away and she found the right cut that complimented my face shape. I appreciate her taking the time to both listen to my thoughts and to offer suggestions for me to consider based on her years of expertise. I’ve been very happy with the results and l highly recommend her!
