Customer Service skills: Need TrainingI visited today at their shop at 1045 am with open sign at the door. When entered they said its closed. I understand that they have openings and closing hours but atleast tell customer to either wait or provide appropriate information. The way they said closed was very rude. Humble request to provide training to your staff on customer service. Thanks

If I have to rate Mr. Jimmy’s customer service out of 10, I would probably give him 100. I have never seen such kind,respectful, smiling face and helpful person in my life. He went above and beyond to make this Pendant the design that I was looking for since forever while others refused to make it since it was my own customized design and needed lot of work meanwhile Mr. Jimmy made this pendant so beautiful that I just got it right now and already got 3 compliments.I got treated like a friend and seemed like I’ve known him for ages. Will definitely recommend my family and friends.
