This is my new go to eye care place! The people were so nice and they took care of all my needs. Also the price was really affordable! Got some great styled glasses too!

What I love about Uptown Specsaver is the staff. They make me feel at home and take the time to help find a best fit glasses, my first with this store. The optometrist as well is knowledgeable and careful. Way to go. Keep up your amazing service when things get busier!

I was extremely pleased with the service at this location! I needed help deciding and Emily was an amazing and so patient. I am so happy to have two pairs of glasses for less than the price of one pair anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

I got my daughter's eyes checked on March 15th, 2023 and the team working there went above and beyond. Very pleasant atmosphere, team is professional and have a good sense of humour. All my questions were answered, the best option for frames were offered and explained. Service was attentive, quick and easy. Would recommend this location to anyone 100%. I have been in the store many times and was always happy with the help I received. I am finally in a position where I can get the glasses I have been wanting and Emily has helped me with all of my questions, quite patiently. I opted for another eye exam before getting the glasses as I was not sure if my current prescription was ok even though it was done a year and a half ago elsewhere. Dr Ahmed was extremely friendly and helpful, and it turns out that I do need a new prescription after all. He did have to call up his “childhood sheep wrangling skills” to get the drops in my eyes to dilate them since I clamp them down tightly with anything that comes near them, and we had success.Such a pleasant team and experience with this location. Hopefully in a few weeks I will have my new glasses. :)

Robyn from the Mayfair Victoria store helped to to choose and buy a pair of progressives and sunglasses. The experience was seamless and enjoyable thanks to her bubbly personality and knowledge of the product.She helped me pair down my choices from about a dozen glasses providing advice on glasses size, materials, my face shape and skin tone. She was up front about the offers and costs, nothing about the cost was a surprise. I really enjoyed the experience and would recommend the store and Robyn to others!

I went to Specsavers for the first time a weeks ago. I hadn’t had an eye exam in a few years. I could tell my prescription had changed. All the staff at Specsavers are AMAZING, I never want to go anywhere else. Dr. Sherif was so professional, understanding and kind. Anton is so warm, friendly, and intelligent. He helped educate me on my prescription and any questions I had. He helped me choose the best frames that suit my face and in no doubt I loved them all. He made my whole decision on selecting frames super smooth and easy. The exam was thorough and efficient. I left with an order for some beautiful new glasses and contact lenses, feeling wonderfully cared for! The office itself is modern and aesthetically pleasing. Can’t say enough good things!

Great first experience at Specsavers Mayfair! Owner Nav and Manager Anton were friendly, professional, efficient, and patient. The price was incredible! I’m looking forward to receiving and trying my glasses (readers and Rx sunnies) and am crossing fingers the quality is as good as promised. If so, I’ll definitely be a new long term customer! The service was excellent.
