I had the distinct pleasure of working with Simon at King Bros to import a new sailing yacht from the UK, and a follow on shipment of other warranty items to complete it. This was a high value and complex shipment with multiple carriers, time zones, clearances and all mid-winter during COVID. King Bros. made the process almost effortless for me, guiding me through every step carefully, keeping me fully informed and responding to my requests very promptly. I have rarely been able to give such an unequivocally enthusiastic review of a service business, or any business, than this. Bravo!

I am warning you to avoid these guys at all cost!!!! They ordered hardwood floors for our house and charged us 41 percent over the price!!! They are dishonest and when challenged, they ignore you, dont return calls and are incredibly rude. BEWARE!!!! These guys are dishonest and total liars
