Our journey to find the perfect bungalow began 5 years ago . Joette patiently and enthusiastically showed us home after home. We made several offers - our budget was respected - we were never pressured to join into a bidding war .A year before we put our house on the market she invested in a summer photo and video shoot of our yard .The following February we finally found our bungalow - fabulous to have the photos and video on hand .We moved very quickly to put our home on the market . Jelena got my place rented in 3 days on the market. She was professional: did all her research before the meeting and knew exactly what to do (price, staging, etc.).
