Dr West was very knowledgeable and friendly. Gave my dog a clean bill of health and answered all my questions putting my mind at ease after another local clinic had horrified me by telling me that my dog needed surgery that it did not need.I felt very comfortable talking to him. He treated my dog and myself with respect He was helpful in advising me on a dietary plan for my dog, I found him very kind & gentle with my dog & I didn't feel pressured to have unnecessary procedures done as I have with other veterinarian hospitals and I would definitely take any of my animals back to him.

Erin and Bonnie are absolutely awesome. It is obvious how much they love their jobs and the animals that come into their office.Very professional and accommodating.The Veternarians we have dealt with over the past 15 years are also very kind, gentle, and compassionate towards their owners and pets.I would totally recommend Cornwallis Veternarians....they are all top-notch.

Kind staff. What has stood out to me since switching veterinary clinics is the patience and help my pets get. Especially having Great Danes, one was very nervous at our old clinic, but was met with frustration. The staff at Cornwallis take the time for small tasks like weighing. Not easy with a huge dog on regular scales.

I had to rush my CH disorder cat to vet and this is where we went. I am sad to say she didn't make it thru the night. Even tho they did what they could. She passed. Our heart have a Hugh hole but knowing Dr Richardson did all she could it still tough. But want to say a very big thank you to all at the Cornwallis vet windsor I will have any of my pet seen by them.

I thought this was a good place to take your pets but it is Not. You need to make sure before you leave that they're going to follow your medical plan for your pet. My plan wasn't followed, in fact it was completely ignored and without going into detail because it's just so sad, my beloved cat died from their decision to ignore the medical plan that was agreed upon before I left my pet in their care. Please just be careful.
