Very professional and friendly company! They took less time than I expected to do my living room, hallway and a bedroom. Everything turned out great. I would very highly recommend this company and I will be using them again.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. The technician arrived on time. He spent less than 45 minutes to clean 2 bedrooms, a set of stairs and a hallway. The bedrooms and hallway had no stains so did not require much effort. The stairs had more traffic so required more attention. Even after telling the technician I was not satisfied, he just left. They were very expensive for 45 minutes of labour. They left a mess of water and soap on the hardwood floors. 24 hours later the carpets are still very wet! They are also sticky from the soap. I did my homework and read reviews prior to booking. I am beyond disappointed!! Too pricey, too messy, poor quality!

Burlington Carpet Cleaning by J.L is great for always!!! We needed our couches and carpets cleaned before an event at our house. They cleaned everything very well, thoroughly, and exceptionally as well. We will be using their services soon again for deep cleaning at our house!!

We found Burlington Carpet Cleaning by J.L online and contacted the company. They sent a guy the next day to clean our carpets, a few hours later he was finished with the carpet and its look stunning and brand new!
