Cavalcade Color Lab

I am not one to post reviews but......I believe my first experience with Cavalcade was when I decided to update my camera, finally get into the digital age. The staff took time to learn my lack of knowledge and what I wanted out of the camera. We looked over a number of units until I found one I was comfortable with and I have never had second thoughts about the purchase.I have been doing some special projects. I find the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Some of the projects have been a learning curve for me and they have helped source materials, come up with ideas to help me and have assisted in many ways. It is a real pleasure to deal with them.

Quick turnaround (less than 1 week) and reasonable price to scan over 100 colour slides. Way better than wasting time scanning a few at a time myself. Thanks for the great service!

Amazing customer experience, even during the pandemic! Very helpful in getting me what I needed in a very fast way. Kelly was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. I will be shopping here for all of my photography needs:)

Very knowledgeable staff. They've done some great Photoshop work for us, solved a couple of my photography problems and given me excellent advice on equipment.

The photos looked great once they were finished being developed. They have a great online service where you can download your photos in high quality.It takes upwards of 3 weeks to get two rolls of film developed. They told me they might even wait a month before they have enough rolls piled up before they send them out to be developed.Difficult to justify bringing photos somewhere in person and waiting for them to be shipped at a later date. Makes you wonder if you should just ship them to another store yourself...

As an avid photographer I have used Cavalcade Color lab services for many years with all my printing needs, camera equipment and supplies. Always exceptional, friendly and competent service, year round. No sense shopping around as Cavalcade stands behind all products if there is ever any issues.

Absolute life saver!I realized my camera battery was not working while camping. Not only I got the battery from them but they also charged it for me! Great customer support, awesome staff! Highly recommended.

This a very well organized place; very friendly and great customer service. They do very high end photographic art applications but also the more common digitalization of older image formats and digitally reformatting your amateur or professional images for a variety of other purposes...or printing from your camera/ phone.Cavalcade is a peaceful, calm, shopping experience.

I ordered a photo book, and an enlargement on a board for my son's Celebration of Life. I thought they would both be ready at the same time. I got an message saying my order was ready, so I drove the 40 minutes from my home to pick it up. Turned out only the photo book was ready, which I was pleased with, but upset the rest of the order wasn't ready. I got a message a few day's later that my other order was ready. I called the store and told her I would not be coming back to town until Tuesday. She said that was fine. I arrived on Tuesday to pick up my order and was told it was not done yet. The young man said he was going to do it on the Friday before the long weekend, but didn't as he wanted to get out of there. After telling him I drove all this way to pick it up, and the price of gas, I was not happy at all. He said he would do it while I waited. This was a big part of my son's Celebration of Life, so I had no choice but to wait. About an hour later, my order was finally done. No apology, and I would have expected at least a small discount, considering all the gas and time wasted, let along the stress at a very difficult time. Nope...I paid full price and left. They knew what this order was for and I feel I should of been treated much better than I was. I was pleased with the product, but not with their customer service, which is very important in my opinion.
