They are the people I go to for hearing aides there service is great and Nick knows his stuff was in and out in 10 minutes today for problem with hearing aide. The receptionist was great and arranging my appointment yesterday for today very quick, we have been going since they opened as we get our glasses from them.

I took my senior friend to see Nick Sood. She is a pensioner who is on Income Assistance. She has been saving $50 a month for a number of years to try to save for a pair of hearing aids. She just turned 90 and still had a long way to go before she’d be able to afford them. Nick arranged for her to have reconditioned hearing aids for free. She just turned 90 last week. He had us both in tears. He was kind, caring and patient.He and his team also assist Seniors and homeless at The Hub Commuter Resource.Big shout out to him today.

Wonderful experience with Nick Sood. He has filled out paperwork when ever I have needed it. Conducted himself in a very professional manner, on-top of going out of his way accommodate me and my schedule. Cannot recommend enough!
