Absolute waste of time. Says they’re open till 11pm “confirmed by business 9 weeks ago.” Got there at 10:30 after driving all day and it’s all closed up and no one is there. Thought this was going to be my new favourite place to stop, guess not. 10/10 do not recommend

Ordered chicken sandwich platter and a sandwich by itself. Just because I asked for fresh sandwiches they made me wait for almost 30 minutes even after fresh chicken fillets were ready.why? Because one of the staff member told other guy not to make my sandwiches and whispered let her wait .Onion rings and fries were black . I wish I could give them 0 stars for everything.This make me so sad after getting this kind of treatment from our own Punjabi community.

Worst food quality ever... fries are over cooked and they are using month old oil for chicken and fries.. chicken is undercooked.

People avoid wasting your money at this location is the worth customer service ever so disappointing so disrespectful that skinny guy mr glasses with his gold necklace think his big shot buddy your selling burgers relax your life never again al eat at this place. I don't recommend anyone to eating there

Spicy deluxe sandwich was delicious. Enjoyed the fries as well. The food came pretty quickly once ordered. The only issue is that they only take orders from the machines and 3/6 weren't working, and they share the machines with Burger King.

Let me tell you abt the worse location ever. 5 customers on lime ahead of me. It told 25min (timed it) to get upto order. Guess what surprise came up when I got there? No more chicken for 10min. Can you believe this?? The shift supervisor a woman I'm a hairnet was so slow and unapologetic. The male manager was useless and was doing absolutely nothing to help. Did not open other cash or help in back. The franchise should revisit this location and get rid of the dead weight. Never going back and I suggest you don't either. Furthermore it was July 7 2022 at noon and they were absolutely unprepared for a busy service centre on the 401 west.Head office seriously?? Where is the quality control around customer experience.
