Terrible experience better management would be a plus the current manager is total dummy!! Her lil smug laugh acting like she knows it all. Well just a heads up you don't know nothing. You should find another job and let someone who knows how to manage that bank do their job!

Tried to call about an address change. Literally could not connect to anything without a card number. Tried online appt, alternate phone calls, how is it this difficult to speak to a rep. And have your address changed.

Walked in for the most simple transaction which required my presence in the branch and I was told the only available time to see a banker was 3 day later. All that while the banker was drinking coffee playing her phone. Thank you for NO service!

Staff was so helpful. I hardly managed to reach at 5pm when closing yet I was entertained. Thank you RBC!

They misplace $4500 in my retirement savings account and now I have to do the leg work to find out where the @#&$ it's gone to. This has been going on for 8 banking days still nothing.

Walked in one morning at 10am to set up a meeting to switch banks, was told 11am was earliest, sat down, was helped 10 minutes later. Sam was really friendly, helpful, completed what I needed in a quick painless manner. A few other times I walked in, and I was helped immediately, in and out in under 5 minutes. Friendly, smiling staff, so I cannot complain.,

After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, all of a sudden they decided to put limits on my account. Very dirty... if I wasn't so far away I would just go there and close my account. Can someone please recommend a better bank to deal with?These people are very dirty... if I could I would give them negative 10 stars.Fire them all and start over, obviously something very wrong.

Terrible customer service. Why do the banks have individual phone numbers yet it doesn't matter what number you call your call is directed to their call centre which is a complete gong show! Smarten up Royal Bank this is NOT good customer service! Call centre people can't help with my particular inquiry that is why I need to call the branch. Just now I was transferred to a local branch and Jane stated on the voice msg that the line isn't monitored for messages but if it is urgent call blah blah! Just another reason why I have reduced using RB for my banking needs! Getting close to cancelling everything! At least the other bank I deal with I can call it no problem, apparently RB thinks they are too important!
