I was looking for an architect for a project at my home. I made plans to meet Sam Nicholson the architect at 10am a few days later. I waited at my home for two hours hoping he may show up, only for me to ring the office and find out he was in a meeting two hours away “that ran late” and he would ring me but never did. Second occasion, I waited at my house for another 10am meeting and 40 minutes later still no Sam.Long story short- No phone calls to say they were running late, and two no shows makes for bad business.Do you really want someone that treats you this way even before you give them your money?
