I am very impressed with your business model. To charge a fixed price ONLY if you undertake the repair and the repair is successful means the customer knows in advance what the bill will be, and does not waste money on fruitless estimates.Today so many appliances both small and medium size are designed and manufactured without a thought toward repairs. Indeed, one is expected to throw out a malfunctioning unit and to replace it with a new one. I find what so often happens most aggravating: when I ask for a repair, I am told there will be a significant charge for the estimate which will be credited against the cost of any repairs. I am aggravated because I know going in it is likely the cost of repairs will be high and make replacement the better option. I then have to pay for the estimate as well as for a new unit. YET IT OFTEN HAPPENS THAT THE REPAIR IS NOT THAT COMPLEX OR EXPENSIVE.Your approach solves that problem for the consumer, and is obviously a successful approach for you and your team. Your team consists of individuals who know inside and out the different appliances: microwaves, vacuums, digital boxes, etc. You listen to the symptoms as described by the customer. You are able to tell very quickly if repairs are sensible and as a result do not need to charge for the estimate. A fixed price for a successful repair tells the customer up front what he will have to pay to get his appliance up and running. For you there is a satisfactory margin upon which you run a successful business.

I bought a used front load dryer. He was super helpful in helping me load it and stack it. I had an issue with it starting and he helped me troubleshoot it a lot over the phone and video chat. And as it turned out it was a problem with my electrical 220v outlet that had an electrician had to fix. Thank you Jayesh.

Took in a Nexbox 3.0 that Rogers said could not be repaired. 2 days later, received call that it was fixed. $65 for the repair + $60 for a new hard drive. Brought it home, had Rogers re-authorize it, and it works fine. I bought the optional 6-month warranty for $10.I'll let you know if I experience any issues.

I bought a Nextbox PVR off a guy on Kijiji. It worked fine for 3 months, then it stopped working (displaying PEND). I took it to Kash (I found to be a very honest and helpful man) at Repair Depot. He said his technician that works part-time (evenings) will look at it and resolve. If a hard drive is required, it would be extra. he also said for 5 more months of warranty (beyond his standard 1 month), it would be another $10 (I agreed). Kash said he'd phone in a few days to come pick it up. He phoned as promised, I paid by credit card (the hard drive was another $70 beyond the labour quoted). I took the PVR home and it worked fine for a few days, then started to display BOOT and froze. I took if back and Kash agreed to have it looked at. The following day (yesterday) I picked it up.I connected it yesterday and it is working great. This morning it was working. Right now, I am quite pleased with Kash's honesty and efforts.I would recommend this man and his small company. I am not related to him and found him via the Internet.

Within 2 days helped us resolve all issues with our cable TV provider. Walked me through exactly what to say to be sure all issues would be resolved with no extra fees. Well worth what we paid for the box and all the help. Many thanks Jayesh.Denise

I had a very good experience dealing with Mr Jayesh Joshi in the repair of my NextBox PVR. I thought I would have to end up renting a new box after finding more and more frequently it was freezing up during playback of my recorded shows. You can't buy them anymore only rent. Jayesh was courteous, friendly and fixed the problem. Although the first hard-drive didn't work he stood behind his parts and service and diagnosis and promptly replaced it with another the same day and now it works fine. I would recommend bringing your PVR here to him Thank you Jayesh.Dan

The guy who fixed my items is Kash, he is super nice and sympathetic to get you the best deal.

My lawn mower was in desperate need of some care.I had a hard time finding some one that actually cared. I dropped off my lawn mower and ended up picking up late that same day. The service was nothing more than spectacular, cost was more than reasonable. I had an experience that will keep me going back and telling all my friends!

I brought my PVR in because it was rebooting and the hard drive was noisy. Kash charged me $170 to repair and replace the hard drive, but after that it would no longer record. He charged me an additional $50 for another part that apparently had to be replaced because now the power was flickering on and off. I ended up bringing it back close to 10 times over the next eight months and it still would not record. On top of that, he “lost” my power supply and remote control, and gave me someone else’s. In the end Kash promised me he would exchange the unit for another one that worked, but I never heard from him again. I took it to Cableshoppe Inc. (who is an authorized repair depot) and they fixed it for $56. Kash still has not contacted me about the exchange, (after 10 months) which I won’t do at this point because now it finally works. Avoid this place at all costs, he told me they use refurbished hard drives! (which are only $65 (new) at Canada Computers). Run, run, run away!
