Barb and her ladies at the Seamstress were WONDERFUL!! I had to order my wedding dress online earlier in 2020 due to COIVD19. It arrived mid October for a November ceremony date.... feeling pressured about the short time frame, and being new to Manitowoc, I didn’t know where to go. I reached out and they promptly responded with availability.Barb and her team quoted 2 weeks for hemming and taking in the sides of my dress. They called less than 2 weeks later. I had my dress back well before my NEEDED date.They were so nice, extremely easy to work with and amazing prices. If you have ANY alterations needed, this is your place! 5 stars across the board! I will 100% be back!

great if you want to give too much money to unbelievably rude people. they treat their customers like they are an inconvenience to them.

Sewing was fine after a second try. Personnel could have been more pleasant and more able to listen. The open sign was reversed to closed" 5 minutes before they opened as we stood in front of the store waiting for it to open. It cost $29.40 for a rushed 5 minute repair (1/3 the price of the item)."
