The self-serve printing kiosks are very inconsistently working. The last two times I've been to this location (a few months apart), one has been out of order.Today, I waited an hour to use the one working kiosk, but was unable to. I was the second in line, and I decided to wait because I had to make a special trip to the area. Unfortunately, the customer in front of me had a *very* large print job. When I realised how large (about 20 minutes later), I asked the employee helping her if the prints would be done in time for me to print my own photos and was assured that they would. Awhile after that, the printing was nowhere near done, but I was told not to worry (this happens all the time")

Shout out to Patrick who was extremely helpful in making my purchase choice. He went through the finer points and basics while I was trying to convince myself I was making the right purchase. And thanks to the cashier for his help in swaying me in the direction of a 3-year extended warranty. I suspect that was the right decision. Happy New Year.

We visited this store a few days ago. We had to wait in a que for admittance. One of their employee was asking questions pertinent to Corona Virus prevention steps and our phone numbers, in case they have to locate some one as per government efforts to contain the spread of the virus (contact tracing). Once the clerk was satisfied we were allowed to go inside the store. At any particular time, only 5 customers were allowed to go inside. We are very happy with their safety efforts and excellent service. We were interested in knowing more about latest Canon gear. Mr. Lorimer was very knowledgeable and he showed us Canon R camera, lenses and accessories. He was very courteous and showed all the products and answered our questions in depth.They are running a promotion 0% Financing Available " which is quite lucrative.This is a very good store and full of inventory for any and every thing for photography. Staff is very knowledgeable."

What a great place to shop.I went to this store looking for an old battery for an old Sony camera!Peter was very helpful to me in finding one. and also help inquire about the new one, to be honest Peter was very into detail of the products, I didn't regret going there because I ended up getting something new home.And I highly recommend this store to you give a try even if you don't want to buy anything immediately. Peter I appreciate all.Daniel thank you for your advice also,Staffs were ready to help.

Usually staff are knowledgeable when I'm in the store, however, not welcoming and do not greet or offer any assistnace. I always have to approach someone. I even called to confirm if they do passport photos, and the man on phone said no, and directed me to go to Magenta. Clearly this information online needs to be updated if this location no longer does passport photos or is not willing to do so.

I've been looking for a new zoom lens and saw one on sale at Henry's. The moment I walked in I was asked if they could help. The sales rep took the time to explain to me what the lens could do and showed me several other lenses without trying to up-sell me.

I traded in a couple of my old gear for a Cameron Backdrop Stand and a couple of Wescott Soft-Box Light Set. The Wescott Light Set had to be ordered and delivered from another store to my home. And that came in within 3 business days. The entire process was quick and seemless. The sales associate who was helping me, unfortunately, I forgot his name. But he's a red-headed fella. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for making my experience worthwhile here at Henry's!

It is sad to see Henry's customer service took a huge plunge. Here is my recent experience with Henrys Mississauga.I purchased a Godox V1 for Sony with Additional Warranty on Nov 8th. Used it on a wedding and after a week the flash just fall down leaving the shoe mount attachment on the camera hot shoe. It was stuck there I was forced to use my secondary camera with my backup flash.Went to Henrys they removed the broken hot shoe mount and ordered the replacement from Henrys Berrie store which reached to me in 10 days. This replacement was a used/repaired unit (which I didn’t mind as long as it worked fine). Used the flash on the next wedding and plastic turning mechanics wouldn’t lock and hangs on the side, leaving the flash unmountable and not working.Went to Henrys on August 7, 2022 and KEVIN said because of the poor quality a lot of their customers are having the same issue. And currently they have more units on a ship from china with NO ARRIVAL date. KEVIN said it could take more than 3/4 weeks. He took the information for their replacement/recalling list for V1S and said you are on number 32 and will get a call once we have the flashes.I had to use off camera flash for all my remaining shoots for 2022. Which was a headache for wedding coverage run & gun situations.However, six months has passed and I still have not received a call/replacement from the Henrys’s. Since August 16, 2022 , I had calleda and visited around 5/6 times now and every-time they have the same answer “We are out of stock and more units are on the way with no estimate date”.Why do you guys sell additional warranty if you can’t deliver?I hope this reaches out to the Henry's HQ. Your employees are good but your customer service experience has made me REGRET shopping with Henrys Mississauga. Clearly, your print shop is not dependable. I am a professional and I can wait a little to get things fixed. But several emails and no resolution after 6 monthsshows clearly a lack of care on your end towards customers.
