Best delivery service I've seen all around plus they send you e-mail live update to where the driver is... not even UPS - Fedex - Purolator does that. Fast, reliable and not one package as been damage so far. Impeccable service with a smile :D ty

I never give 5 stars for a company but..for Intelcom I will becausethey earn it...I receive many parcels from Amazon and the only one I can rely onis Intelcom..The drivers are nice,,,polite...even with a smile..they tell you whenyou will receive your parcel and its like they say..its trueWhat else can you ask for a delivery company?NothingThey are the only one..whatever the driver who work the same wayIt's not easy to be 'perfect' but..with Intelcom I am almost readyto say...that a big 5 stars is not enough..Amazon take a good look...since I am not easy to be please ...some say..and Intelcom is the Right One...and Intelcom give you that feeling they are glad to work andgive a excellent service.Service with a smile..what else can you ask for ..and on timeetc.etc...Everything is in the service..whatever the company...If no good service...the 'stuff' is not enough to please..Congrat Intelcom!An happy customer :)

When they tell you your item will be delivered within a certain time frame, you can count on them. Had many items delivered by Intelcom, never had any problems.

A week later and not delivered! Everyday something like i cannot find the address or not able to make delivery..... I called twice said it will be delivered pass Monday and it's still not delivered..... Still not delivered supposed to be here February 2.There's 800 review and almost all fake reviews by the way....Terminated my Amazon Prime membership because they can't get my orders in time so it wasn't worth it to order from Amazon anymore.

The best decision Amazon did was to transition from Canada Post to Intelcom. Since day 1, my deliveries are ALWAYS on time and sometimes even ahead of time. Top notch delivery service. I highly recommend them.

News for February 2023, all my last parcels not delivered on time !You must fulfill the Delivery Contract!!!The company constantly writes that - the parcels go out for delivery, that the parcels are returned to the warehouse, that the parcels go out, they return, they go out for delivery, they don’t find the address, we’ll try tomorrow and so on without end!!!Intelcom You know when Amazon refuses your services and we will receive our purchases without constant problems ??? !!!I would like to hear some intelligible answer from you Intelcom and Amazon!!!last 8 deliveries, only 3 were delivered on time, does not answer the phone for hours - I spent 4:00H calling their agent, not answer e-mail, and if they answer you by e-mail, they will not answer your questions, but simply write to you that your parcel is delayed ,how your employees out of 8 times only found the address three times; they have bad memory or GPS does not work ?You must fulfill the Delivery Contract!!!I think that such a service is unacceptable.At the moment your rating is very bad, less than 30% delivery on time
