Trust Child Care Centres

Trust Childcare was the PERFECT place for our daughter. She made so many friends, had so much fun and learned so much while attending daycare at Trust. The teachers, staff and management are amazing and the facility is safe, well organized and well maintained. I highly recommend Trust. They are a fantastic childcare centre and an asset to parents who want excellent care for their children. Thank YOU Trust!!!

Trust has felt like an extension of our home from day 1. It is the most welcoming, accepting and warm atmosphere and I'm so happy to have sent all three of my kids there. If you're looking for a modern, clean, communicative and enriching centre to send your child(ren) to, look no further. You can't do better than Trust!

We just wanted to say what a wonderful experience we have had at Trust these last 6 months. From the teachers to the staff to the owners running the program, we really felt that our son had the best care possible and we would recommend anyone to this school.Our son, who was in the infant program, really grew leaps and bounds within a short period of time under their care. The teachers were very nurturing towards our child and you can tell how much he enjoyed going to school everyday. We felt like we were always welcomed with kindness and enthusiasm whenever we stepped through those doors!Some of the things that we really liked was the security features that they had, from biometric door locks to on demand in-class cameras. We also liked the healthy food options that was given to our son. Nothing was processed, just real food made with care. What really impressed us was how organized everything seemed, you really felt like it was a full team effort trying to do what was best for your child. Everything was on-point and you were always informed with what was going on with the daily recaps that was sent out end of day.Usually when I write a review, I like to point out some constructive criticism for the readers to watch out for, because that's what I want to know. But I really can't on this one. Know that your child is being well taken care of if you choose Trust.Unfortunately, we are moving to another area in city and our son won't be able to attend Trust any longer, we had full intentions of him moving up to the toddler program come June. We are sad that this is where our journey ends (for now), but we will cherish this experience we had at Trust.Thank you sincerely to the whole team at Trust for everything you have done for our son and our family!!Cheers!

Both of our children attended Trust and we were so happy with the level of care, support and communication provided. Our boys loved their teachers and learned so much. Management were always friendly and available when we needed them. The camera access and Tadpoles app made us feel connected to their day-to-day routines, and they loved the food too! Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for childcare.

We were so lucky to find Trust! We moved countries 1 year ago. We got the spot before landing in Toronto. Colleen and her team were great in accommodating for the initial meetings we had virtually from our country. Then, our toddler started a couple of days after landing here and she felt super welcomed since the very first day even though she did not speak any English. Trust has been of incredible help during our stay in Toronto. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with Trust Childcare Center. From the moment we stepped foot in the center, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness. It was evident from the first day that my daughter would be in good hands. The staff's professionalism is exceptional.The teachers in the toddler program deserve special recognition for their outstanding work. They go above and beyond to ensure each child is well cared for and receives attention.Choosing a childcare center is a crucial decision for any parent, and I highly recommend Trust Childcare.The name Trust" for the center couldn't be more fitting."

Reposting from Feb 21, following a rapid deterioration of experience to “irreparable” negativity, with no attempts to have a meaningful discussion from management. Do NOT “trust” this facility. Faulty technology for parental access, high turnover of poor quality staff, condescending and passive aggressive judgments from director Amelia, and random, unreliable programming for the kids such as previously unannounced neighbourhood walks, and forced outdoor time even in cold and wet conditions, all add up to a challenging experience for parents, esp during drop off and pick up. Combined with a lack of empathy or practicality (even in extenuating circumstances) in favour of dictatorial adherence to policy, diligent parents should find other options for their children, and we fortunately did.

My son has made significant strides in his social, emotional, and cognitive skills under their guidance. Their teaching approach strikes the perfect balance between learning and play, keeping children intrigued and eager to learn more every day.What stands out is the center's effective communication. They routinely update us about our son's progress, addressing all concerns promptly and professionally.Overall, Trust Child Care offers a nurturing and enriching environment that genuinely caters to children's growth. We had our son at Trust for a year from age 1 to 2, in both an infant room and a toddler class. We had a wonderful experience with very kind and caring teachers and great play based learning. The centre is very well set up with nice, bright classrooms, a big indoor gym, a lovely turf backyard with shade and misting stations in the summer, and a park down the street. Kids go on a neighbourhood walk and have lots of outdoor play every day, which we loved. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly, Silver-Leigh at the front desk always greeted us with the warmest welcome. We moved to a centre closer to home but we will miss everyone at Trust!

An absolute dream of a child care centre. Both of our boys attended from age 7 months through until they began JK — every detail from the thoughtful teachers to the nourishing meals and extras (french lessons, music, etc) were incredible! They also offer extra services when needed, including referrals to play therapy which is delivered in-house and was helpful to our family during a time of need. Can’t recommend this daycare highly enough — we are so grateful for our boys’ time here and have recommended it to family and friends who all love it too! Our boys even stop to hug their former teachers when they see them on the street as they walk to kindergarten — a true sign of genuinely lovely relationships. Absolutely wonderful!
