Pretty good Ordered a mix of all sprt of things. Didn't really care to find out that 6 iteams were sold out" even after they say online there was stock and replaced with other products. Email I received before pick up said order was ready with no mention of replacements. I wont pre pay online if I order again."

Delivery was punctual although sent to billing address not shipping address. Was sold out of One of the packages I ordered but substituted another one of $10 more value. Shortchanged me by not including two cakes that I ordered. Did not return any Email or messages about my concerns.

Great staff, very professional I shopped at a pop up store in kamloops and happy I did, fun fire works and the staff where great at explaing what each one did and made some suggestions for fun ones for my kids.

Very slow website.however i ordered from here a while back when it wasn’t so slow, overall great place, great prices, and would recommend if the website gets fixed a bit.
