I walked in and asked for an appointment later during the day - the lady (I think her name is Joyce) was free after her client and offered me to wait, since I only wanted my tips cut off. Excellent service : she asked me which length I wanted off and offered a blow-dry at the end. She was very kind and patient and now I have amazing hair. The pricing was also pretty cheap compared to other downtown location and the trip was worth it!!

Had a haircut from One O five yesterday. The lady is extremely gentle and sweet. I have delicate hair prone to breakage. No one has ever handled my hair with such gentleness as them before. My experience was really good. I like my hair cut. Would highly recommend. Oh and the rates are so reasonable for downtown.

Amply pleased with this salon! Did a walk in as my regular - (reviewed below not naming them here) was not available. Special shoutout to my hairdresser/ stylist Mila. She was unbelievably patient and attentive and took her own time to ensure that she has maintained precision throughout the haircut session. Kudos to her professional ethics. Price point - literally less than half what I spend with my regular.

Second time here, once to have my hair partially bleached and dyed and once for a haircut. Both Kevin and Joyce are excellent, they take the time to make sure your hair is done the way you want. For my haircut today Kevin asked lots of questions to really understand what I wanted and I could tell he was taking his time which I really appreciated. Honestly one of the most relaxing haircuts I've had.

One of the best haircuts I've gotten and I've tried many in the St. Lawrence neighborhood. Around shoulder length cut (women's, no wash) for $55 including tax and tip. Appreciate them taking the time to cut hair and blow-dry. Just beware there may be a long wait if there are no hairdressers free when you arrive as they do take their time.

I actually feel bad for my friend. We came all tye way from saskatchewan and its a last minute thing to get her hair cut done that is why before walking all the way from union station to look for this salon we came coz the guy said its okay. And so we came and i dis my hair first and i live it thanks to the lady whi did my hair, after i get my hair done she was seated beside my chair coz she was waiting for the the guy to do her hair she waited quietly and patienetky about a min or two, j just felt bad looking her waiting and so i told the guy i will be paying for both but shes not done yet i think shes waiting for you, and the guys said well i have another one. Thats fine yoy know but you couldve cleared that uo in the phone that someone else will do. Her hair if thats fine. She was so excited to get her haid done is toronto coz theres not much very many choices in sk were we are so she has been looking forward to this only to be treated a second grade. I feel bad they shouldve just said no they cant do it.

I have been going to this salon for several years and I really enjoy my experience here. Joyce has been doing my hair for years, from periodic haircuts, my first balayage, root touch-up, hair styling for special events and more. They have great attention to detail and quality service for a reasonable price!
