Nova Inn Kindersley

Rooms were very nice and quite large. Staff was very friendly and room service did their job well while being courteous to your belongings. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the WiFi wasn't very fast and cut out completely a couple times during my stay

Rooms are clean & functional. Beds are nice & comfortable. Bathroom works. Good enough for me!

Clean place, unassuming, business place only, not a family place really. IT was quiet given the proximity to 2 major highways. I like to try different places when I travel, it's part of the way to find some gems in the rough. The owners have updated it a bit and since it's Kindersley and you are likely there for work, this location is budget friendly and serves it's purpose.

Old and ran down ,you would have to travel to a third world country to find one in the same condition water temperature is burning you in the shower when your neighbors turn on there water. Floor one main level has sunk into the ground,I rolled a can four feet from the wall without pushing it .And the price to stay there is crazy way over priced. And lastly everytime the people who are on the second floor walk around you can hear them and the it sounds like they could fall threw the floor at anytime.

We plan on staying again. The front staff are great and very helpful. I like that you have two doors one to the hallway to get to the restaurant and the other to get to your parking spot right out side the door. Comfortable and relaxing. And the best it is pet friendly. Would definitely recommend it

Cosmetically the outside could do with an update, but if you can get past the cosmetic stuff this is a nice clean hotel that allows you to have your pets stay with you. The staff and service were great. Rooms were super clean and the beds are amazing to sleep on. Free wi fi, however TV reception wasn't the greatest but considering not much time was spent in the room, you can't really complain. Overall definitely would stay here again.

I grew up close to Vancouver, BC and currently live in Edmonton. I have travelled extensively all over the Pacific Coast/Western Canada and have stayed in too many hotel rooms to even begin counting.I had not planned on going to Saskatchewan and only had a cash deposit. Nova Inn was the first place I called and asked if they take cash deposits and to my surprise, the girl on the phone said yes (and was $50 less than what it is normally.)I booked my room and check in was a fairly straightforward process. When I asked the girl behind the counter if she knew what time the Dollarama up the road closed at she said she didn't but looked it up for me (sounds dumb but it's one less thing my mom brain has to remember to do.)The room was a little dated but it had all the basics (tv/coffee pot/cable/fridge/microwave). The room also had a secondary patio" door and I was able to park my car literally right on the other side which made loading/unloading a breeze.The bar fridge door had some issues staying closed but it was nothing that putting a chair in front of it didn't fix. The fridge also got nice and cold which was nice.The bathtub faucet handles were put on backwards (hot was actually cold and vice versa) and was kind of confusing to turn on/off. Plenty of hot water though.Beds were comfy (my little one was out like a light in less than a couple minutes).They went over the top with their customer service when I came to the front and explained that I was running late and asked if I could have a later check out. They said yes and that I had until before 3pm!!!! Wow!! I've never had that at any other hotel I've been to.Overall each of the staff that I dealt with were exceptionally kind and made my stay so much easier. Thank you Nova Inn! If I ever find myself in that area again

The room was very clean and it looked presentable but while I was getting ready in the morning on Saturday, December 15th I was caught off guard by a very heated argument between two employees. They were swearing and screaming at each other. They had no consideration for their guests and I found this very unprofessional and disrespectful for your guests.

Asked for a non-smoking room and that is what they gave me, unfortunately they put me on the second floor where under me is a smoking room, beside me is a smoking room and across the hall from me are smoking rooms. If anyone is thinking about staying in a non smoking room, I would advise not staying here at all as the smoker's in the hotel have cigarette smoke going through out the whole hotel.

There is a small table and 2 chairs, which I find very useful for making sandwich and so on. Didn't take pics of that because I'd been occupying the room for a couple days already when Google asked for pics. Staff are very accommodating and friendly.There's a gas station across the street with a circle k, and a restaurant attached to the hotel. It's a western family pizza.Lots parking, and there is room for our big truck.Since runs with outside doors are available.I stay here for work, and they have good rates for corporate.
