Definitely the best flower shop in Toronto. After countless time failing from over charged sad looking flower on events, now I only use flower bell on every occasion. Not to mention their flower is always flesh, Masami has the best style and taste.

The orchid arrangement was so beautiful..you can see it was made with love. The price was very affordable with free delivery in Markham. Masami was also easy & pleasant to deal with. She is now my go to florist in Markham.

Recently ordered the sympathy flower arrangement from Masami and she did such an amazing job! Unlike other florists I’ve ordered from, she called to confirm the theme for the flowers and delivery time. Definitely will be ordering again from her soon.

Ordered a 6 rose premium bouquet online for my gf on valentine's day. Did a bunch of research on Google before finding this place.As far as ordering goes, the site itself was simple and intuitive. I was worried about the gallery photos because I wasn't sure if the flowers would resemble the same size (the worst feeling is ordering a bunch of flowers and then finding out the flowers are way smaller than how they were depicted). The flowers were true to size from the photos in the gallery! It was great that they were offering free delivery to addresses in the Markham area. That was an incredible value-add.The checkout flow was super simple and the UX was purely functional. I was able to add an included message to my gf and also included a message to the shop owner (kindly requested the flowers be delivered around 7 pm even though there was a disclaimer on the site home page saying they could not do scheduled deliveries on v-day due to the sheer number of orders).To my surprise, they delivered the flowers around 7:15 pm which was perfect. Great customer service!P.S. I made a call to the shop around 7 pm on v-day just to see if the flowers were on their way. The lady who answered the phone was super friendly, asked for the recipient's name and the specific order item(s). She then told me that the flowers were already on their way.I would not hesitate to order flowers from this shop again! Superb customer service and the variety/selection was great.

Masami was such a wonderful partner to our wedding event. She put so much thought and care into the client to vendor relationship, and really everything she did. Always extremely responsive and professional. She often knew how to put my ideas into words better than I did! Her flowers were so fresh and perky on the day of the event (and still looking gorgeous a week out), and she set everything up perfectly. I can’t imagine using anyone else for my florals!
