Honestly worst experience I ever had, they made mistake on my order, and gave me the wrong parts. I received the brake pads and rotors for 2 different cars. When I called to tell them about the mistake the guy got angry and started swearing to someone while I'm on the phone. I waited over an hour for them to figure out the mistake. They then put down a different brand of brakes and ask me not to stand too close to the door with no explanation. Will never go there again !!!!

Deal with Leo and you can't go wrong. I'm a professional mechanic, retired now, still do a fair amount of work at home. Partsource prices are reasonable, good amount of name brand products to choose from. No hassles with warranty issue. Most parts are readily available, even if it has to be ordered in it can just be a matter of hours, not days. I've been dealing with this location for at least 15 years now.

Rating them 3 because of partsource is good brand and always takes care.But, this location customer service is really bad. I visited them twice and both times they told me something else and billed more. Then they refuse by stating this is what it is

I have been dealing with this store for about a month now . The staff is friendly and knowledgeable , Vic, Susan, Mgr Bruce , and the rest have looked after me and my classic 1969 Camaro SS with hard to come by parts without paying the duty and freight charges you get when you order parts from the USA. Next day delivery and reasonable pricing . This is my go to parts store all things classic and daily driver.

As a professional service technician in a local repair centre for 36yrs . I highly recommend the skills of Leo. Probably one of the best desk guys I have ever dealt with. Used to use this store a lot more years ago when I had and did my own servicing on my older vehicles .Got newer vehicles now, but still need the occasional bulb. Service and knowledge were good and they explained to you what you needed and there was no over sell". I recommend this place."

Manager of this store takes complaints against store employees seriously and understands/ sympathies with the customer for repercussions that can occur when the wrong part is sold and corrects the initial wrong doing.I will deal with this store again only due to Rudy's efforts to correct and satisfy customers. I will try to deal with Rudy himself, or select staff members.

I have no idea how people can put Part Source Whitby down and especially Victor. I have dealt with Victor many time, he has always answered my questions and is very knowledgeable. You may have to wait for service but that is no fault of his. People only have 2 hands and can only deal with one person at a time. Customers need to wait their turn and not think they're problem is more important than anyone else's.Keep on doing what you're doing Part Source Whitby. They need more employees like Vic.
