Wing Riders & Burgers

Been going there since they opened and have had Philly Steaks, Burgers, Wings and everything has been fantastic always fresh and order is always accurate. Wings are made fresh as well which many other local places use frozen . This is our favorite wing place in town, and getting some tonight.

Twice I've had their burger and wings and twice they've been excellent.Be mindful of the spice levels. I normally love spicy food and can handle quite a bit. The back fire flavor was yummy but too much for my backside (it was rated 3 stars). I can't remember the other flavour I had (spicy BBQ maybe) but it was a level 2 spicy and was great too and just the right level of spice.

I've been coming here on and off since they opened and I have to say I find some of the positive reviews are either dishonest or fake. they definitely have a problem with consistency. I have had mixed experiences. some good and several not so good.I have found that as long as you dont have any issues with your order everything is fine. but the minute something is not right with your order they dont seem to show any inclination to resolve it in a respectful way. I wouldn't place my order and then drive there to argue. I dont have time to argue with you. if there is a problem, you need to believe the customer and make adjustments, otherwise you will have more unhappy angry customers. as an example, McDonald's knows this very well and anytime I have a problem with my order they try to correct it right away instead of arguing or accusing me.

I ordered wing riders for delivery from DoorDash today. I really wasn’t feeling well so I decided to sample a bunch of stuff as a treat. I got fries gravy, honey garlic wings, chicken Caesar wrap, and garlic bread. It was all amazing and it was even too hot to eat at first! Nothing was cold or soggy, it was all super hot and crispy. 10/10 would recommend.

Visited April 11 afternoon.After reading so many positive reviews I was excited to finally try this place and I am so very sorry I did.I'm quite upset actually. I ordered chicken tenders and I could tell the temperature of the fryer must have been way too high. The tenders were anything by tender. Dry as heck. And the coating was visually burned. I challenge them to show me this is normal. I did show the guy that the chicken is burnt.. but he didnt even remotely budge to at least tell me if there is something wrong I can redo it or give your money back, told me o that's just the breading as If I am blind and cant see. He seemd inflexible and not even remotely interested in my opinion.The fries were simply bad enough that dumped 95% in the garbage. Again I could tell they were fried on very high temperature and were not enjoyable at all.The burger was BURNED. It's one thing to have grill Mark's but this was burned and I could taste burnt pieces of food in every bite. It was horrible. But realizing the guy doesn't care, I threw the rest in the garbage too and eventhough I was really hungry. Overall I am extremely disappointedI will never go there again. What a horrible customer service. How terrible of them to ignore that they should care about customer feedback and if customers liked their food. But this guy has no clue about customer satisfaction at all.Thumbs DOWN

Not worth going back. Attitude used to be ok but recently is unfriendly and arrogant. Food quality is unreliable, unpredictable and inconsistent. Burgers are soggy one day burned the next day, condiments, toppings are missing or wrong.The new people they hire seem to be like factory workers and have no idea how to treat people or cook with passion

I'm a regular customer usually go there 2 times a week , their food is fresh I never have any issue staff is so friendly they provide premium service even I see them treating the driver Uber or doordash driver so nice and respectful not like other store treating driver so bad. Keep up the Excellent customer service and good quality food don't worry about those stuff people to leave down stupid review. Support your store and support local. Thanks

I think the guy metion it before is totally wrong. They have the best service in town I love their chicken buffalo wrap can't go wrong!!!!! Must try and their portion is big and I love their burgers too I went there been almost an year not a single issue with anyone in the store either the food.

These guys are the nicest in Uxbridge! Try this place out you won't be disappointed, everything on the menu has been great! Steak sandwich, burgers, wraps all very good! All items very fresh - oh and the place is spotless, very clean kitchen and polite owners!

I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times and they never fail to provide good service, delicious fries and wings that are fresh, juicy, spicy and perfectly dusted and seasoned (good flavour and just the right amount). I also hear from others I’ve dined with that their other menu items like their fish and chips, burgers, cheesesteaks, chicken tenders, souvlaki, milkshakes and onion rings are excellent as well. Definitely the best dining option in Uxbridge and a business I hope continues to succeed into the future.
