Bowest Appliances

We have been customers of bow West appliances for years. The service and pricing was very good when they were just a small store in Bowness. Since The business has expanded they have gone from being affordable to very high priced. Their scratch and dent pricing is higher than what the brick is for their brand new appliances. After 30 years of being a customer I will no longer shop at Bow West. Patricia needs to remember how Bowness helped her get this started and reflect on the great business she used to have.

We needed a new dishwasher for our kitchen so we thought we would give Bowest Appliances a try based on all their radio and tv ads. We went to the new location in Bowness one evening and found a sales woman to help us search for what we needed. As she showed us a few options and discussed some of the damages to the units ( dents, scratches) I realized the prices of all these units were almost equal to or more than the prices of New dishwashers from Homedepot. She also informed us that all of the dishwashers they sell will only last between 3-5 years and to expect more out of them would be asking to much. Not a great way to sell someone on your brand. Ended up buying a brand new dishwasher for $444 plus free delivery from Homedepot and it looks and works great. Do your research before buying from Bowwest.

As a landlord, like to share that their service crew has always been professional. My belief they have been honest, if a replacement part is needed or if they advise on new appliance. A handful of interactions over the years. All positive

I went in to buy a dishwasher. While speaking about the total cost on a specific model with the salesperson, Brent, he mentioned I would be eligible for a $100 Mastercard gift card when registering the warranty. This promotion" was what persuaded me to complete the sale as this immediately put it within my price range

Had new Maytag washer and dryer delivered by Taylor and Nick. They installed the pair, were clean and respectful, did an excellent job. When I used the washer it would not fill up with water. Sent Taylor a photo of the hook up and everything seems perfect. Water was on and hoses were correctly installed! The Bowness location sent out a repair man the next morning. He also was very respectful, and really explained the machine. We are seniors in our mid 70’s. With in two minutes he had the machine running! Showed us how the sensor’s work and how little water the machine now uses. We highly recommend Bowest appliances. Since it was the weekend the repair man was from the south location. We didn’t get his name but are so grateful to him for his hard work, and kindness. Also the Bowness office for attending to our needs so promptly.

Staff are extremely friendly wide selection of appliances new and used great prices

Do your research before shopping here. Pricing on their dent and damage appliances is higher than new at other retailers. I guess the people running this store are not aware that with ready access to the internet it’s very easy to cross reference prices on the fly. Friendly enough staff, but very dishonest business practice.

All nice and friendly till they sell you a refurbished stove that breaks down in two weeks. Only help they would give is to send someone out during the day so have to take time off work for them to look at it and maybe get parts taking another day off for them to try and fix it…don’t sell things that are broken if your not willing to replace it when they don’t work…I’m out $700 or I take two days off work..never buying here again

My husband had brought back a washer we had purchased a week ago due to some issues with it. As he walked into the store to go thru the return process the owner Patrica was behind the counter. Once she heard what was going on she insisted in replacing the washer with a higher quality model at no extra charge right out of the box. She apologized for the inconvenience and had her daughter personally handle the rest of the paperwork. That's going above and beyond for the customer! They were super helpful and so nice these two beautiful ladies and they will see our business again in the future. Thanks to everyone there!
