Really miss the car wash, it's now become touchless (soft touch) which was great because if I wanted touchless I can just go to a closer station. This is one 9f the things that made this station a convenient stand out. Otherwise.. It's a gas station. No complaints.

Well, this station and few of their staff, particularly their manager have the worse customer service ever to say the least. I had never felt so degraded living in this county for 27 years. For the first time I felt someone hate me just because.This morning around 9:40 am while on route to a job site in Abbotsford, I stopped by Shell gas station on East corner of 200 St. and 86 Ave to get some air in my front driver side tire which was extremely low. As I only had a 3 quarters in my position an a large bill, I entered the store and ask the two cashier if they can help me with the situation. The female cashier replied that the machine takes 4 quarters or one dollar coin, I replied I know that part but what I am asking is either lend me 25 cents or break a large bill or authorize the air pump by by passing the coin machine. To my amazement she replied that she can not break the large bill and she can not lend me 25 cents either as her shift will be short. I was appalled that someone can be so insensitive and careless while working in customer service business...!!!?? No one seems to have any customer service training for these guys.My reply was: you must be f%$#@& kidding me and can I see the manger". (I admit perhaps that wasn't the best comment I should've said but I did't insulted her nor was rude

Worst customer service ever. I would give 0/5 if I could. The gas receipt was NOT printed at the pump so I had to go inside to grab one in a busy morning on my way to work. The lady at the counter wouldn't give it to me threatening me I should have parked properly otherwise she'd call a towing company. I told her that I'm late for work so just print my receipt it's your problem that I had to park there then she was immediately on the phone. I just couldn't believe my eyes how she was dealing with an upset customer. She totally ruined my day and will never go back to this gas station.

Gotta be careful here especially when paying inside. They charge you for the gas and put what you paid for in the wrong pump. When you go back to tell them what happened they tell you it's tough luck and that if you need more gas to pay again. It's already happened 2 times to me and the manager refuses to speak to you or to take care of the problem. This place is run by crooks!

Please be aware of this gas station staff . Very rude and disrespectful and racist behaviours to the customers . One of the staff member name varinder . This guy has no respect and no manners how to talk with customers.

We were passing through with our kids and had an awesome experience fueling up on snacks. The attendant Sukh was just so friendly and helpful, I had to give him a shout out. Also convenient location!

At 4:15 on October 14 went there to buy lottery ticket always every week buy a 5 dollar lotto max with extra the attendant gave me ticket with out extra he said that I said I didn’t want that, he was rude and insulting. He stated he asked which he did not. I said I guess you didn’t hear me then he said, do you want the ticket or not he was disgusting won’t be back. Years of getting same thing every Friday. Argue with customer and condescending yuck!!!!

Just experienced one of the employees start screaming at a customer because he asked for a refund on the air pump because it wasn’t working. This employee began screaming that he was going to call the cops and was yelling expletives. I will be calling the head office and complaining. Can’t believe this guy was hired.

My favorite gas station. Most friendly faces who work here.Especially the guy who works the night shift.He is fun, always helpful and knows what he's doing. Very clean shop and always a plus when times are attached.I highly recommend it.
