I've used this company for whale watching tours out of Tadoussac, and dinner cruises from quebec City and Montreal the food was great. I recommend them often to people I hear are going to the area

We had an amazing experience. We got to see alot of whales . Trip went smooth. People were respectful and staff was very helpful. It was hard to social distance with so many people onboard.Bring a warm coat, it gets really cold on water. We took the grand fleuve from tadoussac.It you are driving from Quebec city then please give yourself an hour or two extra time. It gets really busy and you can get stuck in a long line up for people getting on the ferry.

This is regarding the Tadoussac whale watching tour on the big boat. We were on the boat for an hour before the actual tour started which is not great when you have toddlers with you. Once the tour started, the host talked non-stop for the entire tour over the speaker. You could not get quiet anywhere. Now one could argue it is their job but they mostly talked about how there were less whales these days and we really should be thrilled to see sea birds even if there were fewer of those too. You know. Things that would have been good to know before we booked the tickets. Also, the muffins they sell are dry and crumbly.

A nice jaunt on the Saint Lawrence. Rather touristy but you get great views of the whole of Quebec City and Chateau Frontenac from the river and the staff is friendly.FYI you don’t get as close to the waterfall as the promotional photos might make you believe (see un-zoomed photo).Another good option (if you don’t care about the audio commentary) is take the ferry to Levis and take photos of Quebec city from that side.

We did a sightseeing afternoon ride. We were able to get a decent seat inside the boat with a good view. The boat has enough inside area that you could go if it is raining. Theres a bar, gift shop, and bathrooms onboard. They offered snacks (popcorn, ice cream, nachos) and drinks (mimosa, wine, whiskey, beer, etc.). The tour essential sails to the falls and back. It is very scenic and nice. The speakers were kind of loud with the host speaking. They speak French and English during the tour to explain the areas.

Only opt this tour if you really enjoy hearing about history. Fall would be the best time for this trip. Views were nice but at the end it's a guided tour. Please check the weather before you book.

Best cruises. Best service. I booked for the quebec tour and the service was amazing. The food and drinks are available on the cruise.Will suggest to bring own food and drinks and hop on since it's little expensive on boat and also enjoy the view.

5 stars all the way. Terrific value. Our 90 minute tour along the St Lawrence River couldn't have been better. We enjoyed great weather and lovely scenery. Our guide, David, showered us with tons of information and really helped us understand all that Quebec City was about. Thanks again for a great guided tour. Andrew

We had a great time. We were lucky to have lovely weather despite a foreboding forecast. A humpback whale came close to inspect the boats and graced us with a breach. She swam close enough that we could make out her shape in the water, and it was very impressive to appreciate her size and beauty up close. You can see this on TV, but it's definitely special in person. We also saw porpoises, minke whales, grey seals, and harbor seals.The tour guide spoke in both English and French. He was informative and pleasant. We appreciated the bathrooms on board the Fleuve.I have rated 4 stars for a few reasons: I never received a confirmation email - TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF YOUR CONFIRMATION. You have to pay minimum an additional $25 for ticket insurance, and even the best policy only allows you to reschedule up to 24hrs in advance, which may not be possible if you're traveling. They do not offer refunds, even if they're the ones who reschedule the tour to a time you're not able to accommodate, as most people won't if they're visiting from afar. You have to buy food and drinks on board, but the staff didn't seem to be bothered that we brought our own water and snacks. They don't open until 1 hour before the first boat, so if you're driving in from far away, you won't know whether the boat has been canceled or rescheduled until you've already been in the car for a long time. There is a whale guarantee, meaning if no whales are spotted you will receive tickets for another cruise, but if you live elsewhere that might not be possible for a long time, if at all. A monetary refund should be issued in such an event. Additionally, you have to pay for parking, which they don't disclose on the website.We got lucky, and had good time. But be warned: there is a high potential for being scammed out of a lot of money. You have to be sure the weather will be good. Don't book until at most a week in advance. We did enjoy it, but for the risk of not seeing much or being cancelled entirely, or shorter individuals not being able to see past the mass of passengers, the tickets are overpriced.

Very disappointed with the cruise. No whales were seen and the staff had no clue where they could be seen. RecordedMessage spoke about tracking different whales but none where show as they promised on the site. They should be honest with the customers what can expect on the cruise
