Staff is very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about shoes and proper shoe care. One staff member really went above and beyond in helping me learn to care for my boots and he even offered to lace my boots when I bought new laces. Definitely a great place to get footwear in Ottawa as they really provide individual attention to their customers.

If you are looking for quality service shop at Letellier!Story time... the boots I purchased had a manufacturing defect which I noticed shortly after buying them. After emailing the manager and receiving a quick response, I was encouraged to bring the boots back in to have them assessed. When I returned to the store, I received friendly and knowledgeable service. They replaced my boots with no hesitation. I will be recommending Letellier to all my friends and family. Thank you for your excellent service!

Great place to shop for shoes and it's in a very central location. In particular I find they have a really good variety of shoes that offer good support for your feet but that are also stylish. The prices are reasonable for the quality you find here. I've found that the salespeople are considerably more helpful in this store than in most other shoe stores around the city. They tend to have a really thorough knowledge of the products they sell and can offer concrete advice on caring for them. Highly recommend this store!

They have a pretty good selection of winter boots but they are all pricey and the quality does not reflect that. I asked the associate for boots I could wear in -30 and they showed me the boots I liked. I made a 500 dollars purchase and the first time I wore them was in -6. My feet were freezing, which makes me think the fur inside is fake. So now I am stuck with 500 boots I won't be wearing in winter, and need to buy anothet pair that is warmer. Update: wore these boots for a walk today and came back with blisters! Extremely dissapointed!

Alanna and Aloshy at Letellier Shoes provided great service to me this week. I needed shoes for my elderly father who's in hospital. With their helpful suggestions and the ability to return what didn't fit, we found a good solution. I have been a customer at this store for a few years. Letellier has earned, and deserves, my loyalty.

I've had a lot of issues finding comfortable dress shoes - it turns out it was because of the width of my feet. Chris at Letellier was the one who clearly figured this out for me and worked with me to find shoes that worked for me. His knowledge of men's dress shoes is tremendous and I highly recommend him, and this store, if you are looking for some new, high quality dress shoes.I had a small issue with my shoes after purchase and they were very accommodation and fixed the problem at no charge.I HIGHLY recommend them - best shoe store I've ever been to!

The salesperson was very helpful and tried to find a solution to my issue which is complicated, my mother has only one type of shoes she likes therefore I called a few specialty shoes stores and Latellier was one of the ones who was customer friendly and welcoming to someone who was very frustrated having spend the morning calling a few stores.
