Tipaskan Medical Clinic

We drove across town with a sick kid because medimap listed Tipaskan as the only clinic with no wait time. Once we get there we’re told that they listed themselves as “no wait time for walk in” because they have no more availability for patients. Why not list as “at capacity” or “closed”???? No apology from staff for the complete waste of time they caused by posting incorrect information

Wait times are ridiculous now to see any doctor here. I understand it's covered health care people but no need to tie up doctors with a cough or cold. Health Care in Canada has gone down hill in the last few years. Pretty sad.

Don’t really put up your hopes to getting a good doctor here. My mother used to go here until last week. She kept coming back to her Dr. In Tipaskan because she wasn’t feeling well for days. Her doctor did not give her any diagnosis even though the doctor has all her health information. My mother was suffering eveyday. I told her that she should see a different Doctor. Upon seeing the new kind Dr, on the same day she diagnosed my mother and prescribed her medication. My mother started feeling well after taking her medication. The new Dr. was also genuinely concerned about my mother’s health. I have a feeling the doctors in Tipaskan are afraid to make a diagnosis and afraid to write prescription. Maybe they are trying to play safe in favor of their side. They are always not available when you need them. Please don’t put your faith on these doctors. I wish everybody a good health.

You only get referrals if you go in with a fax number and do the foot work yourself. My husband can’t walk today. It’s been 3 months since our “appointment to get a referral” you clearly need to advocate for yourself. These ppl are understaffed. Undertrained. And incapable of completing a task.

I was given a prescription for a medication to mix with current meds I am on. The mixture is NOT approved by the FDA and the medication is NOT used to treat my disorder. I did not fill the prescription. I will never come back, do not see Dr Benmuktar.

Dr. Marta is a wonderful doc. We drive from downtown to see her. Cheryl at the desk is great. Otherwise, its touch and go with the desk staff. Sometimes, they are not friendly. The pharmacy is great and friendly. You don't need an appointment. I make one anyways though.

No issues with at all with service. Happy with my Doctor, wouldn’t have anyone else.

The clinic called on Mar 22, followed up several days and last follow up call was on March 31st to remind me of my appointment with Dr. el Dagni. Went to the clinic for my appointment only to be told the doctor won't see me because he could not track what was happening with my GPs management of my health issue even though there was a recent blood work that was just completed. They wasted 1 hour of my time, travel time, waiting time. What kind of doctor does this???? Can't even have the courtesy of seeing me when they were the ones who called and made sure I would show up for the appointment.Never have had an experience of this kind of unprofessionalism.If negative stars were an option I'd rate them negatively. Don't even deserver the 1 star.

This clinic is terrible! The Dr will petster you to come in for an appointment when you don't need to- even during this pandemic when we are advised by the Gvmt to stay home!!! Other physicians at different clinics are doing virtual calls- save yourself frustration and go to one of those clinics!!! Dr Ahmin even tried to CHARGE me for a prescription for Massage Therapy!!! Ridiculous!!
