If I could give 0 stars I would. The ATMs never work. The people who work inside are indiffent. Will be looking for a new bank .

Worst bank ever. 3 months to get a mortgage. They never call when they say they will. The lady straight up lied to me on multiple occasions. Not to mention throwing away important papers that she felt I didn't need

Worst service I could get. I was given the appointment for today at 2 PM , I went there with my little kid and they said the person is not available today. They did nothing to help me and just rescheduled for next week. I told them I came by bus with kid. It took me nearly 3 hrs for reaching me home. I’m very disappointed with the services Scotia bank offered. I won’t be continuing the services with them. Staff was very unprofessional.

This bank is turning into the biggest joke In Windsor TD had that but scotia is turning into it.. I tried to open an account for my son. Can't do that don't have the people there as 3 workers are standing around playing pocket pool... 2nd on labor day went to withdraw 380.. the machine crashed on me. The 380 came out of my account but no money out of the ATM.. I CALLED to dispute it.. 1st I was told.. 48-72 hours the money would be back. It wasn't called back they said up to 10 business days... that didn't happen. Now I'm told end of July.. this bank don't care about their customers. They all want your money. I will no longer babk with this company. Disgusting

Horrible bank stay away. I was joint on my father's account. My father passed away. They removed my name from the account when I showed them the death certificate. Claiming they made a mistake when they added me. And the teller could say sorry to me. Told me to go through probate court then they would release the money. Their complaint process is just a waste of time. And all you can do in the end is go to court. They do this to hold on longer to the money and make a lot of interest. Instead of letting the family greave in peace. This is leagal thivery and they're making a lot of money by doing this.

Not surprised to see such poor ratings the teller named Jenna is incredibly rude with a passive aggressive attitude that is not acceptable

Worst experience!!! I need a US draft today. Firstly, the female teller tole me I don't have US dollars in my account. Then she told me I can not have a US dollar draft, because she had to exchange US dollar to Canadian dollar and then gave me a Canadian dollar draft. Are you kidding me? Then she said she needs to ask her manager and she started to check my identity for 20mins when she came back. After that, she started to print my draft. However, she looked at the computer and did nothing. She looks so comfused and she didn't know how to do that. She had to ask for help from other tellers. Fine, finally she printed my draft. But then she said something wrong and she didn't know what's happened. FINALLY, she asked me to find another teller because she cann't do that!!! I wasted 1 hours and she did nothing!!!!

Why do they lock the ATMs at 9pm? This makes absolutely no sense. Some people in Windsor work shift work and need account access at all times. I will be calling to find out why this ridiculous ATM locking is happening.

Switching banks as soon as I can. Spent 1.5hrs on the phone to be transferred to 3 different departments to simply get my account unlocked. Then to find out parts of my account are still frozen so I have to spend another 1hr waiting on the phone because it couldn’t be done right the first time. This is NOT the only issue I’ve had with this bank. Completely over it.
