Sergio assisted us yesterday and I have to say he is one of the kindest, patient and informative rep I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.Absolutely amazingHe helped us find the best product to match our needs and provided us with all the information to make a correct decision.It is very rare lately to find someone who is very caring towards customers and even though they were busy, he did an excellent job to make us feel like we were the only clients in the room.10/10 will definitely recommend.

I would like to highly recommend Wirelesswave located in Upper Canada Mall. Everyone working there is highly professional and skilled. My most recent stop there had to do with an Apple problem. I cannot thank Jon, Saydu and manager Jurgen enough for taking the time to fix my issue but also answered a couple of other questions I had been having. Today I stopped in with a different device and not only did Jon remember me but remembered a password I had made there a week earlier. That was impressive! Excellent service! In March, my husband and I switched from one carrier to another and Jon dealt with both companies and the switch was completely seamless. It is SO nice to only have to deal with one company! He even told us we could add our child later which we did about a week and a half later and Saydu took care of that, also seamlessly. A couple of months later we received a bill from our former carrier and had questions that Josh was able to answer for us! Kudos to all!
