Long story short, I dropped my phone and broke my screen. The owner was honest and upfront. He showed me the issues with my phone and made sure I understood the parts needed to be ordered. I got my phone back brand new and In working order. Super nice honest repair shop. I had some great conversations with him. Highly recommended over the mall and CPR!

The best service. Screen protector cracked, they removed mine, put a new one on after another business gave me the incorrect one and promised it be in the following Saturday just to find out they did not have it. Got my money back and will always go to Phones and Beyond from now on. You should too!!

Went in with my phone's screen practically broken, and thought it was not able to fix. It took around 30-40 mins for the owner to fix it and it is now brand new, with affordable pricing

dropped off my macbook and fixed the screen just like new. Only took a few days and they even took the time to clean the fans and internals. Great service!

Emergency trip to the repair shop, I went in without calling ahead. They not only fixed it in a decent amount of time, they lowered the original quote when they found it was fairly easy fix. I will definitely return.

I had my 2014 Macbook Pro serviced here to replace the battery. They were highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making this replacement happen quickly and seamlessly. Once the battery came in, the installation and testing took one day, and my Macbook is running better than every! During the battery service they completed a clean of the device and took a look to make sure everything else looked to be in good shape free of charge. This location is fantastic! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family who need electronic servicing in the future!

Asim did a great and timely job on the screen replacement for my iPad, for a very reasonable price. He was courteous and professional. After opening the iPad, he pointed out that the battery was starting to swell and asked me if I wanted it replaced, an offer I took him up on. He made sure to complete the repair in the timeframe he had promised.

Needed a new glass screen protector to replace a broken one for an Apple iphone. The service was quick, friendly, efficient and very reasonably priced. The application of the new protector was well done, with lots of care taken - clean and no bubbles. The store was well organized and welcoming. Highly recommended. We'll go back in future.
