Tubicen Lighting

I'm trying to contact Tubucen because some parts are missing tried calling the number but no answer or answering machine.

They are the WORST, WORST!!!!!! I bought one of their products and lost the charger cord. I sent them messages, at least 3 times via their website, and tried calling their # numerous times only to be met with no answer. All I wanted was a replacement charger, which I would pay for, since I couldn't find the proper one in stores but no success. I think they want you to put out $ to buy the product again instead of providing support.

Professional, courteous and kind people. They lit up my pool , my garage, tennis courts and my heart....

There was lots of lighting options at the showroom and we picked out some great lights for our new home. Thanks again

Received a Amber model 11400 one lamp for Christmas it had no charging cable. Called numerous times phone just rang and rang then hung up. Tried using the companies website wrote up the information push submit information BUT did not go through.I’ve spent a lot of time numerous times over a four-day period. NOTHING wasted my time trying to get some help from the company.Don’t live in Ontario so I can’t drive there because they don’t answer the phone or look at their emails etc.it’s only a charge cable but I don’t have that type frustration anger incompetence at the place if you don’t want people to contact you don’t put contact information.

This store has modern and sleek lighting. We got pendent lighting to go over our kitchen island and a few floor lamps. Great prices and the service was excellent.
