Great experience. Very easy to book an appointment via their website. Dropped phone off at 1000, explained the issue and was told about a 2-3 hour fix. Got a text at about 1130 and phone with new screen was good to go.Fast and efficient.Thanks!

I had dropped my Pixel 5 in water which damaged the charging port and eventually left me with a dead phone in which I couldn't charge to turn on again. Neither my google photos account nor Microsoft cloud had backed up my pictures since April 2022 which would've left me with a year worth of lost photos that were precious to me. I was able to avoid bringing my phone to a data recovery specialist which would've cost hundreds as Joel was able to get my phone on again to backup the photos. I am so thankful! Thank you UBreakIFix!!!

Very professional, fixed our xbox within 48hrs with a guarantee if there were issues. Less expensive than sending it to Microsoft. Will definitely be back if another console breaks.

Had a Huawei P10 battery replacement done same day. Additionally, I had a refurbished Samsung S20 get a battery replacement. They caught a few quirks with the S20 and I appreciated them explaining what the issues where.Would definitely come back!

Amazing customer service. Brought in my phone as it died recently. They were unable to fix, but he spent 5-10min diagnosing my phone and explaining my options. Also cleaned out my charging port for me.He wasn’t able to fully diagnose the problem, but he was very friendly and helped me out a lot.

I gave five stars as I have nothing to say that is negative.I have been here twice now. Once to replace a screen. The second time for a new battery. Both times for a phone. It has been some time since the screen was replaced and about a week since the battery was replaced.Both have ideal outcomes. Also, they were great with communication and updates. They are pro-active for communication. A rare thing these days.

The location in the SW of Calgary was a terrible experience. The guy barely looked at my phone, even after I told him Google said to take it there and it should be fixed under warranty. Went to the Country Hills location and they said no problem we see this issue a lot and fixed it in just over an hour.

Went over thinking I needed a new charging port for my Samsung. He took it into the back minutes and came back saying it was only dirty. Didn't charge me anything. Most places would have replaced it and charged me. I'm blown away by the professionalism. This is going to be my new go to place for my repairs
