My son and I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Garcha. He answered all our questions, was very calm, patient and helpful. The clinic is super clean and well organized and they're very accommodating with their scheduling. I've never had a better experience with an eye exam. Pediatric or otherwise!

The doctors are very knowledgeable and patient. Never feels like I’m being rushed, and the staff are very helpful and kind. The office space is so modern and clean, and they have such a wide range of glasses and sunglasses! Highly recommend, I can see why it’s one of the top three clinics in Brampton!

In one word - excellent!The location is less than a year old and all the equipment is still very new.From the moment I arrived, to the time I left, I was treated with exceptional care and professionalism.In the time I was there, the staff proved themselves quite knowledgeable. Dr. Basra is by far the most approachable, patient, thorough and competent O.D. that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.Overall a very positive experience. I look forward to returning. Had an amazing experience, Dr. Gill was very knowledgeable & and took ample of time to do an exam and answered all questions patiently, also front desk staff was as helpful & professional too. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience. Staff was really friendly helping in all aspects- scheduled appointment adjustment, insurance, glasses selection etc. Doctor spent almost 30 mins examining eyes and suggesting few things .. great experience. I would strongly recommend this clinic.. great job.

Dr.Basra and the team at Brampton Family Eye Care are amazing! They took great care during my eye exam and glasses selection.When I went in, the wait was short and the assistant, Jasmine, was so friendly and explained everything. Masks are still a policy in the office, which I very much appreciated!Dr. Basra also took the time to look at my file before my eye exam and asked detailed questions to truly grasp my current situation. You can tell that she really cares about her patients and she has such a positive attitude. Once I was done with my exam, Jasmine helped me choose my glasses and sunglasses. She was so very patient with me and after every glasses I tried on, they were put aside to clean before the next person tried them on. I felt very comfortable there and the staff is very knowledgeable. Not once did they rush or try to sell anything.I would definitely recommend Brampton Family Eye Care, they are exactly what you always look for in an eye care business- trustworthy, professional and friendly. I plan on continuing to go to them for all my eye care needs.
